Meadows at Brookside

Beautiful property well decorated and stocked!!! Very comfortable beds, pillows. Will stay again when visiting Branson. Hope Grand Welcome was great to deal with, hope they have properties in other locations !

Branson Trip

Very nice place, clean and convenient location to all of Branson’s attractions. Only issue is the shower and tub in the master bathroom is not convenient or easy to access if your an elderly person.

SO nice

Traveling with two under two is always nerve racking but the condo was perfect. The pool was great with access practically right out the door. I 100% recommend staying here to anyone.

Family Vacation

Our family went to several places in Branson and the condo was such a bright spot to come into each day. It was so clean and roomy, It was just what we needed. It was my husband and I, our two grandchildren and our son and his wife. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you so much

Nice and appeared to be recently remodeled property. Conveniently located and great amenities. Would definitely recommend staying here, especially with a family. Our only complaint were loud neighbors above us, which is not the properties fault. We hope to stay here again in the fall!

Excellent experience

Our stay was very enjoyable. The Christmas decorations were beautiful. The communication and check in was flawless. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was an excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this place and the company.

Wonderful place!

The Condo was so nice. Everything was new! So clean and safe area. I wish pool and hot tub was not so far away but I would stay here again.. highly recommend!!!

Great Condo in Branson

The property listing is very accurate regarding the property. check in was easy. The condo was clean and we loved the screened porch. The kitchen has lots of staple items like paper towel, plates, spices etc which was great. It is perfect for two couples. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved location and the space

Don't know how it could've been better. We are particular about cleanliness and this met our standard. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied and we appreciated the washer & dryer.

Family Get-Away

Really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Very clean and decorated for Christmas with a tree. We loved it. The beds are high but comfy. Someone slept on the couch bed and it worked out fine. We cooked a couple meals and it was nice so not have to eat out every meal. We used the 2 free tickets to the Hughes Brothers show and it was really good.

Awesome condo

Loved the walk in condo, no stairs. Really enjoyed having access to the deck from the bedroom with the ensuite, didn’t disturb anyone sleeping on the pullout bed in the main room. Washer and dryer a plus and the bed was so comfortable I'm going to buy the same mattress for home!!

Property was very beautiful and clean. The only reccommendations and suggestions are condo needs to have a vacuum on site, more updated washer and dryer unit, and more channels on the TVs. Other than that beautiful kitchen and had a great stay! Thanks!

Birthday Celebration

Lovely facility, we gathered to celebrate my birthday. There was plenty space for cards, TV and the kitchen was well stocked. The only suggestion is for another chair in the living area. It was a really good location, Close to everything but away from the bustle.

Short Getaway

We stayed for 3 nights. Very nice and clean condo. Perfect for 2 couple getaway to Branson. Disappointed we couldn’t use the screened in porch but we had a cold spell come through and it just didn’t work out. We’d definitely stay here again.

So easy and so posh!

We walked in and were immediately welcomed with a wonderful condo that was so inviting! Chris previously reached out I make sure we understood the instructions but we hadn’t received. So he ensured we were good and of course we were golden. This process was so painless, our stay was five star and the immunities were priceless for every guest in my party. Close to all our attractions and of course Starbucks! Check out was a breeze and we definitely will be back. I hope he feels the same as our group of tenants! ❤️ thank you again, Chris and Vrbo!

If you are reading this, don’t wait… BOOK NOW!!

The listing was just as described. When we arrived and walked into the apartment, you could hear soft music playing in the background which gave a relaxing vibe. The place itself was very clean and well organized. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and other supplies you may need to cook. The porch/ patio screen does need a good dusting but overall it was as described also. The beds were super comfortable, the sheets were very soft. The showers felt great and had perfect water pressure. There were a few cosmetic issues that were shared with the owner once we noticed them. Also, the noise in the above apartment was pretty bad at night when trying to go to sleep. I have migraines so the constant thumping and bumping was very annoying. This was communicated to the owner also but to no avail as they did not know who owned that location. The owner was very patient with my questions and concerns. I would definitely return… as long as the noise wasn’t as bed.

Wouldn’t book again.

Stayed here for a little getaway with the family. Upon arrival we entered the unit and all looked decent, unit is updated as pictured. Linens were dirty so I had to wash all comforters and sheets before we slept that night. Unit had dirty floors and rugs with food and dead bugs, I asked if the unit had a vacuum was told no but “housekeeping” would come and vacuum for me. Housekeeping did come promptly for about 2 minutes but rugs were still gross even afterwards. I would highly suggest a vacuum in the unit as I would have done a better job at properly cleaning the floors and rugs. I have twin 3 year olds so I was super uncomfortable allowing them to walk around without shoes on, especially after one spilt a little water on the floor and I went to wipe it up with a paper towel and the paper towel was black! Master bathtub also still had hair stuck in it so I cleaned that as well. I was reading through the guest book and found there were 10 guests staying in the unit who checked out just 2 days before we checked in, so maybe this was the reasoning for dirty floors, rugs, bathtub, sheets and comforters? Maybe allow more time in between guests to get the unit properly cleaned? Master bedroom TV has around 7 channels that actually work, I asked if there was something we were doing wrong and was told no it was working properly. Heads up the door to the patio has a curtain rod that is not securely attached. The magnetic rod fell down on top of my 3 year olds head.
