Disappointing

We were very excited about our stay at this location. When we got there, we finally figured out how to book our parking. There was large piles of sand in front of the house so we could not park in front of our location and had to park down and Jason Street. in the pictures there were beautiful outdoor patio area. When we got there under construction and no one had let us know that this would not be available even though it’s in the pictures as part of their advertisement. We went inside and they were no cups and the drawers where the cutlery and pots and pans were were dirty. We found old socks under the beds and someone’s previous medication under a bed when we were cleaning up. This place has lovely potential but was dirty and concerning. It looked like someone was living there when we weren’t there. Potential but very disappointing

Beautiful stay in Brampton

Booking this place was one of the best decisions, the hosts are helpful and great at accommodating, the home is clean and easy to navigate. Definitely recommend to others!!

It was a nice small little place nobody around was loud though it was a basement room so we could occasionally hear the steps from above it wasn't anything absurd, overall great place

Needs cleaning

Property was advertised as luxury apartment . It was spacious, equipped with normal house hold items but lacked basic cleanliness. TV was locked on subtitled with no volume. There’s was left over food from the last person in the fridge, Bedroom mirror , shower cubicle , cupboard in the shower room , toilet ream was not cleaned after the last visitor. The window in the bedrooms could do with blinds for privacy from the garden.

Decent stay, details need to be addressed.

Our overall stay was suitable for our needs, however I felt certain details were overlooked. We were charged an extra fee for having another adult, a total of 4.. however there were only two towels in the restroom. Doesn’t that fee cover extra things like that? The towels, sheets and blankets did not appear to be clean nor did they smell clean so we washed them ourselves. The pictures shown are a little outdated as certain furniture items were not in the rooms such as nightstands, desks, lamps and rugs. Basic kitchen items were also missing such as salt and pepper, mixing/serving bowls, and clean adult size oven mitts. Beds are really uncomfortable and hard but we got used to it. Rooms got very hot at night and there was no thermostat or fans. Luckily the windows had screens so we slept with the windows open. We had some noise from upstairs like running and stomping but that was to be expected due to us using the basement apartment. I liked the variety of tv channels and the look of the kitchen. I also liked the distance it was from grocery stores and downtown Toronto. Close enough but not too close. I didn’t like that we had to park on the street since the driveway was taken, but the street was spacious enough. We didn’t spend very much time there due to our site seeing. I would try this location again if these issues were addressed and changed.
