We are sorry to hear that this guest was disappointed with their stay, but we wanted to provide important context for future guests. Our property has clearly stated house rules, including strict no-party and no-smoking policies., which are in place to protect the home and ensure a positive experience for all guests. Unfortunately, during this reservation, we observed more than 15 individuals entering and leaving the property late into the night, which is a clear violation of these rules. Following complaints and concerns, we inspected the home and found spilled drinks throughout the property, evidence of smoking inside, and damage to window blinds. These conditions required immediate attention and restoration. Due to these violations, the reservation was terminated after the first night in accordance with our policies and VRBO guidelines. We strive to provide a clean, safe, and well maintained environment for all our guests, and the overwhelming majority respect these expectations. We encourage future guests to carefully review and adhere to house rules to ensure an enjoyable stay.
