Beautiful Group Accommodations

Perfect for a family trip! Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Spacious with a pool and secondary pool house that has games and tons of beds. Very clean and excellent communication.

The property is fantastic! Perfect for our girls trip! The house needs a good deep clean out and organization of all items in kitchen and other areas. Several things needed attention but the property manager was very kind and quick to respond and correct it. Beautiful home, guest house, and property. Has literally everything vacationers need and want. I highly recommend this property and book again!

We had a blast!

We decided to travel to the beach this year for Thanksgiving. We have a large family, so it was important to find a house that was in our price range and could accommodate 16+ people. This property did both. The house was very clean and spacious. It was 22 of us and we had plenty of space to relax. The beach is across the street, and it is a short drive to stores and restaurants. If you are looking for a clean and spacious house, with a great location, this is the property. I would choose it again if I'm ever in the area.

Amazing Property! Amazing Stay!

Our stay was amazing!! We have now stayed here two years in a row and plan to come back again next year! If you don't want to go to the beach, no problem! The pool is very large and perfect for everyone to swim. The play room with games for the kids was a lot of fun for those days and evenings at the house. The property is very private but still just only minutes away from everything and a very short walk to the beach. We have a big family and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax and enjoy themselves. My family loves this beach rental and we look forward to coming back next year!

Beautiful Backyard

We loved our stay. The backyard, pool, covered patio, and cabana were great!! We had a large extended family group and the area is large enough you can all hang out and still have space. We also loved all the windows in the back of the house. The adults could easily watch the kids in the pool as we prepared food. Enjoyed the short walk to Sunnyside Grill for a good breakfast. The walk to the beach is not bad at all and you have access to two different beach access points. We had a small issue and management took care of it immediately, so it was not an issue at all.

The house was perfect for our group! Traveled with girls for a spring break trip! The house had great amenities and was just a few minute walk to the beach! The communication before, during and after was very quick responses. Directions to get to the house and in the house was great! The guide electronically they provided to us was awesome! Overall we had a wonderful trip! Highly recommend this place for a big group!
