Only 15 minutes from our location, Alton Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee offers a mix of boating, dining and ice activities. Watch ice fishermen or enjoy the peaceful scenery. You might even spot the lake's surface doubling as an impromptu ice runway.

Our home is more than a stay, it's central for several for day trips to Ice Castles, Portsmouth, Castle in the Clouds, and several lakes region activities.

Perfect for a quick getaway with friends, family or a romantic stay. Enjoy ice skating or ice fishing right out our house.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, microwave, Ninja Coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics pots/pans, cooking utensils, dishware, flatware, beer and wine glasses. Spices, dish detergent and dishwashing pods.

LIVING/Dining Room: Sectional couch, coffee table and Smart TV for streaming services, custom stone fireplace wall with propane fireplace, dining table with 6 chairs.
BEDROOMS: 3 bedrooms, 4 queen beds.

OUTDOOR SPACES:

DECK: Located directly off the living room, with outdoor dining set with 6 chairs.
FIRE PIT: Firepit with adirondack resin chairs located in backyard lawn.
*NOTE: We have a security camera on the exterior of the house.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES:

3-minute walk to the Lower Suncook Lake. The house has deeded access to this lake.

During the Fall months, enjoy leaf peeping with gorgeous fall foliage and many hiking trails nearby.

In the winter, enjoy ice fishing, ice skating, and snow shoeing right on the lake outside your door. Gunstock Resort is nearby and has great skiing, sledding, and tubing!

OTHER AMENITIES: Free high-speed WIFI, Netflix/linens/bath towels/beach towels included, washer and dryer for laundry, keyless entry, starter sets of paper towels, shampoos, toilet paper and laundry detergent.

PARKING: Driveway (Up to 4 vehicles).
The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly.

1. No parties, No smoking of any kind and/or vaping & due to allergies of future guests we unfortunately DO NOT ALLOW PETS*.
2. Lakes in the NH region are regularly tested to ensure safety for swimming and fishing. In the event of a closure or warning issued by state or local authorities, due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather-related conditions, we are unable to offer refunds. These warnings include but are not limited to: snowstorms, hurricanes, or summer lake advisories.

Additional Rules: We are excited to have you stay at our newly renovated home and we hope you enjoy our home as much as we do. Please take a moment to review the following rules to ensure a safe and clean stay for your family as well as future guests.
-The primary renter must sign our Short Term Rental agreement (min. 25 years of age) after booking, and provide a copy of identification (i.e. driver's license) -The primary renter agrees to be responsible for any guest damages
Maximum number of guests is 8 including children.
-Primary renter agrees that we do not allow 3rd party guest bookings and primary renter/booker must be present at check-in and for duration of stay.
-No parties or events
-Non smoking property (interior & exterior) - No smoking of any kind including but not limited to vaping etc.
-Detached garage is not part of rental and used for storage. Renter agrees to not access the garage.
-All dirty dishes must be washed and/or start the dishwasher before checkout
-Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, do not flush "flushable" wipes, baby wipes, tissues, feminine sanitary products, etc. this will clog the septic system.
-Check in and check out times are firm unless agreed upon with the host in advance. Please note that we often have same day check in/check out so an additional charge will be incurred via Vrbo if check out is beyond 12pm as the cleaning staff needs to be able to enter the home shortly after 12pm to clean for the next guests.
-Please dispose of all trash in the garbage can (under kitchen counter) All bags must be tied and placed in the entry room.
-Please notify the host of any damages as soon as possible -Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed directly to the guest and reported to Vrbo/booking system
-Please keep all outdoor furniture covered when not in use
-Please lock all doors when away from the property
-Do not turn off WiFi or tamper with electrical box -Turn off lights, heat, and AC when away from the property
