Spacious & Thoughtfully Designed Layout:
First Floor: 1 Queen Bedroom with Closet, Full Bath, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Cozy Living Room, Dining Table for 6, Large Covered Deck with Water Views.

Upper Loft: Open Queen Bedroom with Closet & Dresser, Study Area with Queen Pull-Out Sofa, Full Bath.

Lower Level: 1 Queen Bedroom, Living Room with Additional Seating/Sleeping Space, Laundry Room, Direct Walk-Out Access to the Backyard and Pond.

Accommodating 6 adults + up to 2 children, our home offers plenty of space to relax and connect. Gather around the fire pit under the stars, explore nearby hiking trails, or take a short drive to Lake Winnipesaukee and top ski destinations.
