Amazing view

We’ve been staying here for the last 5 years. Kathy has been such a gracious host. Her condo feels like home as soon as we arrive. Everything you need is there. The location of the end unit gives a spectacular sunrise view. Great for morning coffee. And afternoon shade makes happy hour pleasant. You’ll love staying here.

Spectacular Sunrises!

Kathy did a wonderful job with the furnishings and provided a fantastic book with lots of information about the property and the area. The view from the large balcony was incredible with spectacular sunrises! We went out every morning with our coffee and danishes to watch the show. The sounds of the surf provided a natural calming and peace that was much needed.Thank you, Kathy!

Great Beach Stay

Just wrapped up a week here with our family and had a wonderful stay. Communication prior to and after check in with Kathy was awesome. Condo was clean, easy to access and really had a million dollar view. Facilities around the condo were great and coming and going was very easy. I'd recommend Kathy's condo for anyone looking for a great beach vacation in Surfside.

Beautiful, spacious, 3 BR, 3 BA with a view to die for. Nice big balcony. Humidifier, ceiling fans

Ate out a good bit, but the kitchen has anything you would ever need. Beds were very comfortable, enjoyed the beautiful view w/so many windows/sliding door. Even read a couple of their books. Nicely furnished. It felt like home away from home. The sweetest owner! Wonderful relaxing week! owner too!

Another May at the beach.

This is our 3rd year staying at Kathy’s condo. We always feel immediately at home. Everything you need is there. The condo is very quiet and the end unit balcony is huge. Mornings spent with coffee and seeing dolphins are my favorite. The 3 bedrooms are very comfortable and private. Great for couples or family. I highly recommend this condo for your stay.

Wonderful Condo

Condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Balcony and view were exceptional. Property manager responds quickly to any questions that you might have. Highly reccommend the condo and hope to stay there again.

Feels like home

Having stayed in this condo before, we were so excited to find a week that corresponded with our spring break . The view is gorgeous, The unit is spacious and well stocked. The hostess was responsive quickly Wish we could go every year

Ocean Comes First!

Lovely condo, the very best feature being the large corner deck overlooking the ocean and beach. I spent most of my time right there and the binoculars were the perfect thing I needed but had no idea I needed! Bravo! I could see puppy dog's eyes and little children laughing up close & swear I saw dolphins dancing way, way out! The kitchen was also amazing. I did not cook at all, but could have easily conjured up a multi course dinner for 8 with all the required tools, gadgets & cookware at my fingertips. LOVED the huge kitchen island too! Do wish the technology was updated. I couldn't cast or pair my IPad w/the TV or listen to music, which I missed. The primary bedroom has private access to the balcony, so nice. I wish the bathroom shower area had more space... it was really cramped in there. I'm not a large person but I imagine some might be uncomfortable. A more lux ensuite experience would have made the space perfect, but I understand that probably can't be changed. Anyway, I was envious of the shower in my son's room. Overall, this was a sweet space that I would recommend for a really good stay at the beach.

Golfing Trip for 2024

This is our third year staying in this beautiful oceanfront condo. Beautiful atmosphere. Nice sizable outside deck. Condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. When we arrived the beds were already made with beautiful linens, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Looking forward to next year!

Wonderful

Condo is wonderful! View is awesome! Master bedroom is a nice size and when you open the blinds you get to see the ocean. You also have a awesome view of the ocean from the living room.Surfmaster 2 is located in a great area. We feel very safe when we are there. We had a wonderful experience!

We love to make the trip from Winston-Salem to Garden City Beach, but can't always get there as often as we would like. Since we can't enjoy the condo full time, we would like to share it with you so that you, too, can take a relaxing break from every-day life.

Our family has vacationed in Garden City for the past 50 years. The beach holds many fond memories; we swam, built sand castles, ate seafood, walked for miles, and now bring grandchildren to the beach to make even more memories.

When we had an opportunity to purchase this property at the site of so much fun over the years, we were delighted. We think you'll be enchanted too as you make your own memories with family and friends.

Our youngest grandson's first trip to the condo was at age 3. After a day on the beach, we came upstairs to shower and nap. Our grandson wasn't so sure that coming inside was the best plan! We explained that we were going up to our new condo and that it was beautiful - a great place to play.

Once upstairs, he walked around, looked out the sliding glass doors, and said, 'Nana! I feel like I'm in a boat right out in the water!'

We think you'll feel that same enchantment. Enjoy the balcony, the pool, and the beach. Take a refreshing 1-mile walk to the Garden City Pier or a 1 1/2 mile walk to the Surfside Pier.

After a day in the sun, try the wonderful area restaurants, cook your own seafood in the well-appointed kitchen, check out the live entertainment nearby, shop at the outlets, or just settle in for a good movie. Relaxation guaranteed!
