New Horse District Barn Apartment in 6 acre gated Winter Colony Estate w/Pool.
Five Star accomodations in the Horse District. Gated entry. Walking distance to Winthrop Polo Field, Hitchcock Woods, and Bruce's Field. This apartment has a gourmet kitchen, marble showers, Egyptian cotton linens, and plenty of storage with its custom cabinetry. Guests have access to the Tack room and its living room and entertainment as well as our saltwater pool/exquisite pool house with full kitchen. Enjoy sitting in one of our two courtyards at the end of the day or go on a walk on our dirt roads as you admire Winter Colony old estates. There are 3 paddocks consisting of2 acres. Partial board available. Access to 10 stalls and paddocks. ($50/DAY)

We are from Charleston and moved to Aiken for more direct access to Equestrian related activities and a slower pace of life. My wife and I enjoy renovating old houses. We want to share the fruits of our labor and the Winter Colony setting with others.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
Horse District is all dirt roads and made up of old Winter Colony Estates, Polo Fields, The Thoroughbred Training Track, and Bruce's field. Hitchcock Woods and its 2100 acres sits directly across the street. It offers a great venue for hiking, trail rides, or just soaking in nature. The neighborhood is like living on a farm in the middle of the city.
この宿泊施設の特徴
The Devereaux Estate is a 6 acre compound surrounded by a 10ft brick wall. It is extremely private and quiet. The property is accessed through one of 2 gates. It is like living on a farm yet you are only a short walk away from the center of the City of Aiken. There is direct access to Hitchcock Woods and we are a half a block from the Polo Field where they play Polo every Sat/Sun at 3. We are also a short walk away from the Hunter/Jumper competitions at Bruce's Field. As a short term rental we are unique in that we are also able to provide partial boarding with our 10 stalls and paddocks. The barn is also equipped with a wash stall, laundry, and a nice tack room for entertaining.
