This spacious century home boasts 6 full bedrooms, 2 sunrooms with beds, and 5 and a half bathrooms, making it ideal for large families, golfers, and equestrian enthusiasts. The sprawling historic home has been reimagined to accommodate 4-12 guests, and is situated with convenient access to area golf clubs, equestrian and walking trails in the adjacent 2,200 acre Hitchcock Woods, as well as shopping and dining in historic downtown Aiken, South Carolina. The historic Willcox Hotel leaves a half-block walk to great food and a hip bar scene.

Aiken Gem

This house comfortably accommodated our family of nine with plenty of room for each couple to have their own get away location within the house and plenty of common areas to share family time together. In addition the location was great. We walked two short blocks to enjoy downtown Aiken, had short drives to enjoy good food, and it took less than 30 minutes to get to the Augusta airport. Finally the house was beautiful, well maintained, and had great outdoor spaces.

The Perfect Home for a Large Group in Aiken

We booked this home for family members to stay during our daughter's wedding in Aiken. Everything about it was amazing. The house was close to downtown and the Wilcox. Large, modern kitchen for cooking and congregating. Beautiful outdoor area with fire-pit for chatting and relaxing. Many comfortable and private bedrooms with updated bathrooms. Another bonus is there were several other sitting rooms for people to spread out. Plenty of parking for all of the guests. I will be booking it in the future for our visits to Aiken!

The communication with house overseer was spit on. So receptive and kind. Beds, sheets, comforters, towels are all top shelf! The grounds were so nice. Being able to walk to town and wilcox inn was si convenient

INCREDIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!

The property was incredible, such a beautiful and well decorated place. From the inside furniture and amenities to the well manicured gardens outside. Everything was perfect and well thought out. My family and I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again if we get the chance to. Property managers Stacey and Suzy were great to work with. Great communication and they even took time out of their day to give us a walk thru of the property since it is a big house with many rooms and adjacent hallways. I would recommend this property to all of my friends and family taking a trip to Aiken, SC.
