Great Stay for a Notre Dame Game

Awesome house and location

The house and location were perfect. We came in for a Notre Dame football game with my brothers and sisters and the house worked out awesome. I have been to probably 100 ND games and never knew about this neighborhood / house.

Great Place

Amazing neighborhood with views of the lake and very close to Notre Dame campus. The house was great and it was very accommodating to all of us especially the kids. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

We had an amazing stay at Joseph’s house for graduation. Lots of room for our big group to spread out, all essentials were provided, great communication and just an absolutely beautiful location. We enjoyed the hot tub and the deck overlooking the lake so much. Towels and linens were great quality and everyone slept comfortably in all the beds. This perfect house and absolutely beautiful weather made graduation weekend extra special!!

Home Away From Home

We loved our stay!! Perfect for the family to gather and celebrate our ND graduate! Location 18 minutes from campus, plus close to the highway, a Meijer and a couple of gas stations. House was well laid out with plenty of room, but our favorite spot was the outdoor deck!

I wish I could live in this rental. It was amazing! It got everyone comfortably, the layout was amazing. We all had a blast and hope to return should we come back to the area.

Fantastic Home in a great location!

The house was perfect for my extended family. Plenty of room and beds to accommodate everyone. The home is located on a small lake with relaxing views. The home was everything we needed. We will rent it again for a large ND reunion football game.

ND Visit Made Easy

This lake home and our experience there was fantastic! We had family and friends (including us) flying in to attend a Notre Dame football game and this was the perfect place to meet for dinner following the game. The kitchen is well equipped and there’s plenty of seating overlooking the beautiful lake. The home was new and clean and the owner very friendly and gracious. We will definitely return!

Families to ND for Football Weekend

The house was great, perfect to share between two families. It was so much nicer than a hotel to be able to put the kids to bed and then relax with our friends comfortably. And the house is absolutely beautiful! The location was great, we got out of the post-game traffic pretty quickly and it was a fast ride home after that. The owner was very accomodating and helpful with info on area restaurants and grocery stores.

Great spot for families

We stayed here with a few families for an ND football game - great space for a large crew with plenty of beds, close enough drive to campus in a very nice neighborhood. Kids loved the basement ping pong and foosball. Was a cold weekend so didn't take advantage of the fishing/paddleboat/fire pit but those would be fun. Joe was very organized and responsive, big thumbs up!

Amazing weekend

We went to South Bend for the game va Ohio State! This house exceeded our expectations in every way and we definitely got more bang for our buck! The only regret we have is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy the home. The owner had great communication and was a great sport when one of travelers left Buckeye nuts around the house. Great weekend making amazing memories.

Perfect Retreat for Graduation Weekend 2017

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, clean and spacious home, during the 2017 Notre Dame graduation weekend. There were three sets of parents and three teens, and this home provided enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. We made good use of the kitchen, grill, foosball table and ping pong table. The layout of the house allowed us to gather on the main floor for meals or conversation while others enjoyed the games on the lower level. The owner was easy to work with and gave us all the information we needed to have an enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Great Place for Multi-Family or Group Stay

This place is roomie and well-maintained, offering lots of space for a large group to comfortably hang out upstairs, downstairs and outside. My son and I took in a Notre Dame game with friends and family and enjoyed the water views, grilling and hanging outside by the fire pit as well as the ping pong and foosball amenities. While the location is not walking distance to campus, it's very easy to get to and from the action given the close proximity to the main highway. The owner was responsive and communicated well before, during, and after our weekend at the property. I'd definitely stay here again for a big game weekend with friends.

Beautiful house

I definitely recommend this home! Our son got married at the Morris Estates in Niles Michigan. This home provided the perfect location for us, the grandparents and some extended family to stay for the weekend. Spacious and very quiet with ample room for family and friends to occasionally gather and pay their respects as they arrived in the area. Relatives from Maryland and England were coming here for the wedding and it was so fantastic to be able to get together for happy hellos in a home and not a hotel! The owner has taken such care in making sure his guests are comfortable. The house is beautiful , well cared for and practically perfect in every way. The house layout is well thought out as well. Three bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor along with ample seating and an open kitchen allowed the grandparents to feel like they were hosting everyone in their own homes. There are even 2 porches to choose from for morning coffee! It was peaceful and quiet and the lake is an added bonus - very serene! Although we don’t anticipate another wedding in the area anytime soon, I definitely would choose to stay here again! The owner was so thoughtful and even sent his best wishes to us on the wedding day. We had a fantastic time and made many wonderful memories. Thank you Joe; you have a wonderful home and we wish you all the best!

Perfect place to reunite with friends

Exceptionally clean. Very functional and comfortable both inside and outside. Enjoyed an evening around the fire pit reconnecting with college friends. Close to good golf courses.
