We stayed Feb 18–22 for my son’s collegiate swim meet at the IU-Indy Natatorium, and this home was the perfect base. Scott and CJ were fantastic hosts — very responsive and helpful. The house was spotless and well stocked with essentials like toilet paper and paper towels.The location truly can’t be beat — close to the Natatorium, The Garage Food Hall, downtown, grocery stores, and gas stations. It made everything easy.The couch was very comfortable, the beds were nice, and the layout worked great for our group of five.A few small suggestions: with three women in our group, we would have appreciated more bath towels and (and larger bath towels). The two middle bedrooms don’t have TVs; my mother-in-law mentioned they could use some wall art or a full-length mirror to add a little color and function. In the primary bedroom, heavier charger blocks wouldn’t stay securely in the outlets, so longer cords are helpful — bedside charging stations would be a great addition. The one-car garage is tight (our small SUV fit, but maneuvering takes care). In winter, the downstairs stays cooler while heat rises upstairs, though box fans are provided.Overall, wonderful hosts, unbeatable location, and we’d absolutely stay again.

The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. When we reached out the first night there, the hosts were very responsive and also checked back in with us later. Great location, easy to get around the city.

Great property. Clean, well stocked. Great location. Short 5 minute walk to the Bottleworks District, with fabulous restaurants and shopping. Had a sisters weekend and the property was perfect.

Loved the private garage. The space was clean and neighborhood felt very safe. The only thing I didn’t love but also wouldn’t keep me from staying there again is the dog groomer 20 feet from the master bedroom. If you don’t mind dogs barking (I have three so I’m used to it), it’s probably not the best place for you.

Plenty of space and a good area!

We go to Indy every year for a trade show at the convention center, and this is by far my favorite rental, and location in Indy. 10/10 would stay again.

Indianapolis property

This house was super cute on the inside, Very nicely set up. Garage wasn’t big enough for our truck but that was no fault to the owners. No tvs in any bedrooms but thankfully it was just adults and no children so it wasn’t a big deal. Signs are posted in every room telling you to turn on the fans to block out the highway noise that’s right behind the townhome. I’d definitely stay here again for an adult weekend!
