Nestled in the bustling Point Waterfront district, the building boasts 24-hour security, a communal pool, and proximity to the MSC cruise terminal, ensuring a secure and convenient stay. The apartment itself is a haven of modernity and space, featuring secure parking, uncapped WIFI, and Netflix for your leisure. With the capacity to comfortably sleep six guests, it's an ideal retreat for any group size.
Each of the three bedrooms is a sanctuary of rest, complete with built-in cupboards and bedside lamps. The bathroom offers a luxurious large shower and bath, while the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to cater to your culinary desires. Complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar are provided to kickstart your mornings.
The living and dining areas are designed for comfort and socializing, featuring plush seating, a TV with Netflix, and a welcoming dining table. While smoking is not permitted, the apartment ensures a seamless check-in process with biometric scanning and a QR code system for secure access.
Our dedicated reservations team is available daily from 8 am to 10 pm to assist with any inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience throughout your stay. Please note that while the apartment is not serviced daily, we provide a complimentary weekly cleaning for stays longer than nine days, and the apartment is professionally cleaned between guests.
We understand the occasional inconvenience of load shedding and other unforeseen circumstances, and we strive to keep you informed and comfortable during these times. While we encourage you to enjoy the amenities, including the BBQ/Braai, we kindly remind you of the building policies and the importance of adhering to the guest count specified in your booking.
We are committed to providing you with a memorable and enjoyable stay, surrounded by the allure of Durban and the tranquility of your luxury apartment. Welcome to your home away from home, where elegance meets the ocean breeze.
• This is a no smoking unit
• To maintain the privacy and security of our space, we kindly inform guests that visitors are not permitted.
• NB: Drying laundry on the windows or balcony is not allowed at this property, should you ignore this law, you will be fined R1000.00 by the property manager.
• Our unit does not have a backup power source during load shedding events.
• We're remote hosts, and our team is available to assist you via phone calls and messaging between 8am-10pm daily,
• Note: On-site assistance may incur a 1-hour wait and in a case of lost keys, a call-out fee is applicable.
• Please note that our services do not include a daily cleaning service, we do, however, include a mandatory exit cleaning fee, tailored to each room type, to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests. While we offer additional cleaning services at an extra cost for extended stays or shorter bookings, we encourage self-sufficiency with the convenience of an in-unit washing machine, as our accommodations are self-catering.
We do however, offer one complementary clean for bookings longer than 14 nights and two complementary cleans for 30 days bookings/month to month bookings. Our housekeeping team does not work on Sundays and on holidays.
