Includes a 2-hole golf course (Two 90-yard par 3's), a full court basketball court, regulation wiffleball field w/ a home run fence + scoreboard, 3v3 soccer field, flag football belts + a pickleball court! 2 hot tubs, pergola fire pit, custom speakeasy bourbon bar, 30 person movie theater, arcade with skee-ball, Golden Tee, Mortal Kombat, Pac Man, NFL Blitz, darts, pool table + more! There's nothing like this one of a kind property perfectly set up for large groups!

Large house ideal for a large group. Unfortunately the weather was cold so we did not get to take advantage of the outdoor amentities. Easy to find with detailed directions from the property owner. Communication prior to check in wasn’t great, but the owner was responsive once we checked in.

One of a kind stay for big groups!

We hosted 20 guys for a golf weekend during March Madness and loved all the sport options. Everyone had their own bed and the setup was great for a big group.

The house was great, however hostess communication was extremely delayed and at times unresponsive. For example, we tripped a circuit and messaged host, per their instructions, for the location of the breaker. Host never responded to help and the issue was NOT address, yet an auto checkout message (seemed scheduled) was sent on day of checkout. In addition leading up to our stay our questions went unanswered for days. When you are organizing a stay for a large group prompt communication is key and we unfortunately this was a miss with our stay.

Christmas retreat

We had a family of 15 for Christmas, it was a great open space. It easily accommodated all of us and we all slept comfortably. We had a blast in the game room and theater. Also the neighbor was very kind to give us baking soda on Christmas Day to save the cookies we made!! Overall 10/10 experience!

Good but not great

We have fun no matter where we go and this house provided the space for creating memories; however, it was missing organizational tools (hooks and shelves) throughout the house as well as limited towels for number of guests. The flies were terribleInside the house despite one insect trap and the electric was tripped twice in the house. Unfortunately a lot of previous rain resulted in a swampy lot for most of our stay however we successfully utilized the fire pit, golf course, pickleball net, and wiffle ball field. The back patio was not wide enough for camping chairs while sitting around. The owners were intermittently responsive. Housekeeping was hard to understand.

Great experience!

This place feels really new. It’s everything you see in the pictures and more. Our family of 13 and two small dogs had a great time. The sports shed is full of all the gear you need to enjoy everything on the property. We had a blast playing kickball on the wiffleball field. The full size blackstone is very nice and the kitchen is well stocked. I didn’t see any cocktail mixing materials for the bar but we made do. Washer and dryer worked really well and the 2 extra refrigerator/freezer combo was much needed. The property isn’t very private. There are houses around it but not really close at all and it’s a very safe neighborhood. I enjoyed petting the donkeys in the field next door. The theater room is amazing. The 100” screen is so clear and easy to see even from the back of the room in the 30 comfy theater seats The hosts were very kind and proactive about making sure everything wes ok. We will be back!

The property was great for our party of 22. Outdoor space was awesome for the kids and adults. Fire pit, golf holes and wiffle ball field were highlights. Plenty of space. Never felt cramped. Extra fridges in the pantry were great for a party our size.
