Two queen beds, your own kitchen, and a private patio — just one block from the beach. Casita 3 is ideal for families, friends, or couples who want extra room to stretch out, with beach clubs, restaurants, and bike rentals all close by.

With over 19 years of hospitality experience, our local team is available daily from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with online guest support through Airbnb from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM every day.

Valentina Holbox is located halfway between the town center and Punta Cocos — a 15-minute beach walk to either one. There's a store just one block away, plus several restaurants and beach clubs nearby. The beach itself is about 30 seconds away, just a short block from your door.

Your casita is private, just for you and your guests. You'll also have access to our shared garden with hammocks and shade, through a coded entrance to the compound.

While many new developments clear Holbox's mangroves and trees, we chose a different path. Valentina Holbox is built smaller and slower, blending into the island's natural beauty rather than replacing it — from our rainwater collection system to our light environmental footprint. You'll feel it in our shared garden, where shaded hammocks sit among tall trees and local wildlife.

Casita 3 offers two queen beds and a private patio for outdoor dining or relaxing. Inside, you'll find a kitchen with two burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and purified water, plus a spacious bathroom with hot water, air conditioning, a safe box, iron, and hairdryer. Starlink Wi-Fi keeps you connected for work or streaming — the most reliable internet on the island.

Important note on the neighborhood:
Construction next door runs Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–6 PM. We've installed thick, sound-insulating windows, but some noise is still audible outdoors and occasionally inside. Our rates reflect this honestly — and most guests tell us the peaceful garden, easy beach access, and quiet evenings still make for a relaxing, nature-focused stay. The island can be explored by bike, golf cart, taxi, or on foot. There is a bike rental on the corner 1 block away.

Please confirm your total guest count for accurate pricing. Electricity and phone service can occasionally be inconsistent on the island, typically returning within a few hours. After rain, sandy streets may flood — walking along the beach is usually the easier, prettier route into town.
