The aparthotel has two swimming pools in the 43rd and 1t floor, plus gym and an exclusive coworking space. It has 24 hours reception to facilitate your autonomous arrival. In the building commercials, among other, you will find a minimarket and fast food restaurant opened 24 hours, but you do have all kind fo facilities in the surroundings.


The wristband is payable upon arrival in reception, 25.000 COP per person and stay. Irrespective of beeing a security instrument for the customers, as it controls the access to the building, it facilitates the identification for accessing the common areas, such as pools, gym and turkish bath. It is convenient anyhow to make a booking as the capacity is limited. Visitors are welcome, and must register as guests as well as the holders of the reservation. They must also pay the amount of the wristband corresponding to its current price. These visitors must come with their original official identification. Visitors carrying copies, photocopies or that are manipulated will not be allowed to enter. Likewise, minors who are not accompanied by one of their parents or with a companion who proves the familiar relationship will not be admitted. Visits must also be authorized by the operators or owners of the apartment in question prior to registration. Such registration will not be carried out if this requirement is not met, and therefore, access will not be granted for those visitors.


To the beaches El Laguito, Hollywood, Bocagrande and Castillogrande, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, farmacy, just walking, within a range of 60 to 500 metres. To the historical center and Getsemani, by taxi, with a ride of 5 to 6 minutes, as well as to the airport, between 15 20 minutes ride.
