We are sorry there was an unexpected problem with the bathroom. We fixed the toilet the first day and regrettably were unable to get the shower to drain properly so we issued a partial refund for the inconvenience and the problem has now been resolved.

Thank you for the feedback. It is noted in 2 places on the listing that the BBQ is only available in the summer. They have to be stored in the winter due to the heavy snow in Tahoe.

Closet Space & Storage: We are clearing out owner/miscellaneous storage from the closets to ensure guests have ample hanging space and room for luggage during special events. Cleanliness & Comfort: We are working with our housekeeping team to ensure patio furniture is properly wiped down prior to arrival and evaluating the mattresses and bathroom tiles with the property owner for updates.
