Great views from your bubbling hot tub and outdoor bar! A cut above the rest, this cabin offers luxury, fun and the best of the Smokies!

You will love the vaulted ceilings that give this lodge its open and airy feel; the walls of glass capture the views from every room! Three master suites with their own private baths - one has a rain shower and one a deep romantic soaking tub in a romantic western themed master suite. Luxury beds, 2 fireplaces views from every room. An upstairs loft is

perfect for kiddos or teenagers with a double bed and a daybed with trundle. Our kitchen is fully stocked and a grill, washer and dryer for your use.

Best of all, this cabin is made for fun! Whether it’s fuzzball in the loft, or the huge game room on the lower level. Get your competitive fix with a game of pool, ping pong or an electronic arcade bar with over 60 games to choose from. Lounge on the two decks - whether the sun is rising or setting - gorgeous views all around OR hang out in our iconic theatre lounge with our super big TV - we’ve got your entertainment options covered! Overall was a good stay. Location is great. The only thing I would improve is more storage space (ie dressers, closets). Everything at the property worked fine.

We were excited for this stay as we were in town for a baby shower. The views from the decks and windows were absolutely beautiful and definitely the highlight.Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price. The cabin appeared clean at first, but it was clearly only a surface clean. The deeper areas (corners, edges, etc.) were noticeably dirty and felt rushed.The biggest issue was the lower-level bathroom. The toilet was not working when we arrived, with water filled to the top. We called, but maintenance did not come until 8:30 PM on our last night, leaving us without a usable bathroom in that area the entire stay. When we followed up, we were told they were busy with other emergencies.During the repair, the door was left open and the cabin filled with mosquitoes—hundreds on the ceiling—which made it very uncomfortable.There were also no basic kitchen supplies like dishcloths, towels, or a sponge, which was surprising for the price.We visit Tennessee often and have stayed in many places, and this is the first time we’ve had this kind of experience. Beautiful views, but overall not worth the cost.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry the cabin didn’t meet your expectations. We got the call about the toilet on the second day of your stay and attempted to address it as quickly as possible. It was clogged and required a plunge which was located in another closet. Our maintenance team did try to handle that as soon as they were able too. I do apologize about the door being left open that shouldn't have happened. We hope you had a wonderful celebration despite the challenges.
