Great place to stay

House was bigger than expected with plenty of room. Very easy access to highway and everything around Denton.

Nice Denton Duplex

Overall the property was nice, new and clean. However, resources were sparse. We had to purchase our own kitchen garbage bags, sponges and dish soap in order to hand wash pans. The primary bath lacked soap, shampoo and a shower curtain liner. The other bath had body wash, but no shampoo. By and large the rental was very nice and perfect, it was just the little details above that caught our attention.

Wedding Weekend

Checked in on Thursday for our daughter’s wedding weekend held at nearby TWU. We used the Vrbo as wedding central. The owner was very easy to access. We even used the garage to store wedding collateral. There was plenty of parking The house was well equipped, clean and easy to get to downtown square. Highly recommend

Nice place. Great neighborhood!

Place was nice and new! Great quiet neighborhood. Upon arrival one bedroom light did not work. Another bedroom had a broken frame down and up propped against wall. Master bathroom closet was full of dirty sheets and comforters just thrown in a big pile. Bar stool broken and garage was filled and packed with previous guests garbage. For the price we paid for it we made do. Place was too nice to have arrived to so many uninviting flaws. All and all we had a good stay.
