The place was great and was a very convenient location to either TWU or UNT. Had a little snafu getting into the rental, but the problem was resolved. Would definitely stay again.

Adorably decorated townhouse in a townhouse community close to town. My only complaint was that some of the association rules made life a little difficult. For example, having to register my car daily or park in the garage (when the garage code wasn't provided) was sort of a pain. Also, I felt like the listing should have mentioned no barbecuing, since that's something people like to do on a vacation and something we had planned to do. But it was a very good value for the money and nice.

Regarding the garage, a remote control is provided for all guests and is typically hanging next to the door leading into the garage-we'll make sure to highlight that more clearly moving forward. The Homeowners Association guidelines, including parking, vehicle registration, and no barbecuing, are in place to help keep the community safe and well maintained for all residents and guests. For clarity, vehicle registration is only required if parking on the street, as the townhome accommodates up to four vehicles (two in the garage and two in the driveway). We understand these guidelines can feel a bit restrictive at times and appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve how we communicate these details in the listing. Very nice property

Condo was very nicely and comfortably decorated. Beds were comfortable and labels clearly marked the switches and cabinets. I’d stay here again! Close to shopping and restaurants but still retains the feeling of being out in the country.

Wonderful stay

We stayed here for a week while our daughter had events at TWU. Clean home, quiet neighborhood, and close to restaurants and stores. Access to the home via garage is a great plus as well. This will be our choice next time we’re in the area, no doubt.

Wonderful home away from home

We loved this townhome it was clean and temperature in home was perfect and neighborhood was so clean and quiet. We in Denton to tour UNT campus and we got the rest we needed and felt safe. We will be back again

This is a beauty! All the right things stocked. Comfortable beds, easy to get to. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check in. Had a question about the WiFi. Question was answered quickly via text. WiFi is slow. This place is well maintained and has a modern touch. Will be staying here again!

Great townhouse & close to Denton Square!

The place was exactly as depicted in the pictures - we had a great stay - everything seemed brand new, comfortable and easy to use. Very closer to everything and we were even able to watch a rugby game from the back driveway! Highly recommend!
