📜 Rental Agreement & Security Deposit: A rental contract, $500 security deposit, and ID verification are required for all guests. Local guests must provide an additional $1,000 deposit. 🔞 25+ Age: This home is for guests 25+. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the stay, who should book this home on their behalf.

🐶 Pet-Friendly Stay: We welcome dogs! Our home has a fenced in backyard. A non-refundable $150 pet fee applies. Please inquire about multiple pets or extended stays.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors: Please respect our no-smoking policy.

🔇 Quiet Hours: Fort Lauderdale has a strict evening/overnight no noise ordinance. Please move indoors after this time to respect our neighbors.

🚗 Parking: Max 2 cars in the driveway; no street parking per city regulations.

🕒 Check-in & Check-out: Due to high demand, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.

🎥 Security: A security camera monitors the driveway for your safety.
