Modern 1Bed/1Bath private apartment near downtown / East Nashville

This cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is located within walking distance to popular restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and more, and is less than a 10-minute drive to downtown Nashville.

**In Spring 2026, we will have construction in the backyard near the side of this unit to install a swimming pool. Your pathway and access to the unit should not be affected (the walkway is not near where the pool is being built ). There may be some noise during the day as people are working. I will ask contractors to be mindful of guests. They may also work some Saturdays, but they are not allowed to make any noise on Sundays.**

Located in the popular Lockeland Springs neighborhood in East Nashville, this space offers a great combination of location, privacy, relaxation, and value! Featuring an open floor plan, high ceilings, and lots of windows, you can enjoy a quiet and comfortable respite away from home, yet still be just minutes from the action!

This 475 square foot space has two rooms, with a comfy new queen bed, a roomy sofa that is large enough to sleep one person, a private bathroom, a small living area adjacent to the bed, and a sitting/eating area, with a table and chairs.

Includes a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, Keurig machine (coffee included), microwave oven, and hot/cold filtered water.

There is a small kitchenette that has a sink, utensils, cookware and dishes, small hot plate and toaster oven, but no range or stove.

There is a washer and dryer available for use inside the unit.

The space is adjacent to our renovated 1896 home, and has a completely separate, private entrance. It is on the second story, up one flight of stairs.

Check-in/out: 4PM/11AM (exceptions can usually be made to accommodate your schedule if coordinated in advance with me).

A 2-5 minute walk away:
- Lockeland Table restaurant
- Frothy Monkey - coffee and juice bar
- Mama Bread (bakery, coffee shop, and more)

The popular "5-Points" area is an easy 7-10 minute walk, with many popular spots:
-Margot Cafe and Bar
-5 Points Pizza
-Bongo Java coffee shop, and more!

Occupancy and sales taxes will be automatically collected and sent to local and state governments - we do not receive any of those funds.

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and the bed was great. The neighborhood is very walkable and fun. The bus system is excellent, and the stop was only 2 minutes away from the apartment. Bobby and his property were fantastic. The property is clean, modern and spacious. He provided a number of suggestions for food and music-they were all spot on. The neighborhood is lovely. There is a fantastic bakery, Mama Bread, and restaurant, Locklead Table (make a reservation), just a few minutes walk away. The five pointes area (just a 15 minute walk) has great food options (Margot's Cafe is a fantastic French restaurant-make reservation) and music venues. The WeGo bus running downtown is a five minute walk from the property and costs one dollar each way for seniors (you can also purchase a 4/day pass). Can't recommend this property and host enough.

Bobby's apartment was a perfect home base for us during a short visit to Nashville! The location is great since it's close to downtown as well as walking distance from the 5 Points District. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and feel like we could make ourselves at home for a few days. I recommend it!
