ヴィラはアテネ国際空港からわずか1時間の美しいエヴィアの不動産に位置しています。 エーゲ海の多くのビーチ、遺跡や山道が近くにありますが、プールの日光浴は必須です！ ヴィラはオリーブの木々とカラフルな庭に囲まれた5,5エーカーの土地に建てられています。 不動産には、バスケットボールやミニサッカーの試合に合わせて昼夜を問わずテニスコートが完備されています。 独立した広々とした屋根付きのバーベキューエリアには、洗濯機付きの設備の整った簡易キッチンがあり、屋外での盛り付けの冒険を満喫できます。

ヴィラには2つのフロアに4つのベッドルームがあり、最大8名様までご利用いただけます。 上層階のすべてのベッドルームはエアコン完備で、広々としたリビングルームは天井のファンと戦略的に配置された窓があり、新鮮な空気を常に自由に流れて適切な換気と冷却を行います。 ベッドルームの1つはマスターで、2人用ジャクジーバスタブ付きの専用バスルームが備わります。

Pure relaxation

A fantastic holiday home for relaxation and to do some exercise. You meet almost only locals. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. All in all, highly recommended.

Best villa ever

The property is designed to a very high standard with all the equipment and facilities that you dont normally see in some villas. The property was extremely clean when we arrived and the host took time to show us around the property explaining everything. Thank you for the snacks and drinks on arrival and the provisions we found in the fridge for us! Standout features include the pool...wow! The wildlife ..especially the rare Scops owl we heard every night. The air-conditioning! Kitchen equipment, glasses, plates...and oh what a great self-contained bbq...amazing. i could go on and on.. But watching the sunset every evening over the distant mountains was something special. Thank you also for taking the time to show us where to visit...beaches, markets, attractions on the island. Just a big thank you from all of us for this rare find and such an enjoyable holiday.

Great experience

This is an outstanding place to relax and entertain yourself with the many available activities (tennis, table tennis, basketball, football, swimming, pool games, etc). The pool is majestic. The neighbour's donkey who likes to come to the gate for social interactions is very lovely also😅. The host is very friendly and welcoming. We arrived on Saturday evening. George and his family were waiting for us. We had some lovely pastries and grapes from their vineyard. They provided our first breakfast so we didn’t have to rush out to the shop. We had all the information that we needed to enjoy our week long holiday, and enjoyed our time in the villa and in the local areas. The host is available anytime to respond to a question you may have. The villa is well-maintained and spotless. Thank you Mary for your work and kindness. If I have another opportunity to come back, certainly I will book the same villa. Thank you, George and family, for your kindness and the effort you put into this property which makes anyone feel at home.

Heerlijke locatie met een prachtig zwembed en buitenruimte. Echt schoon, prettige communicatie met de zeer behulpzame eigenaar. Niet elke slaapkamer heeft eigen badkamer.

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison de George et erato pendant 2 semaines ,tout est conforme à l'annonce ,la maison est sublime ,une petite plage est disponible à 2 pas . Une mention spéciale à la piscine qui est exceptionnelle. Il y a toutes les commodités à proximité (supermarché,restaurants etc ...). Nous avons également profité des conseils des propriétaires pour découvrir davantage l'île et athenes. Les propriétaires sont d'une attention et d'une gentillesse rare ! . Merci encore pour tout .

Tolles Haus und noch tollere Gastgeber

Das Haus ist letztlich sogar noch beeindruckender als es im Inserat erscheint. Die Großflächigkeit des Gartens und auch die Ausmaße des Pools gehen in der Beschreibung etwas unter. Gerade der Pool und der Tennisplatz waren für die Kinder die Highlights. Die Gastgeber sind umwerfend. Wir haben die Woche genossen und George hat immer schnell und ausführlich geantwortet, wenn wir mal einen Rat brauchten (Einkäufe, Restaurants, Athen-Ausflug etc). Absolut zu empfehlen und ein weiterer Pluspunkt für Kinder ist das Haustier - ein Esel auf dem Nachbargrundstück, der sich gern füttern und streicheln lässt. Wir hatten eine sensationelle Woche! Tolle Unterkunft, tolle Vermieter

Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft rund um zufrieden - eine absolute 10/10! Es war alles super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und es hat einem wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter George hat uns gleich beim Empfang herzlich willkommen und hat uns während des gesamten Aufenthaltes auf unsere Nachfragen hin mit Tipps und Ratschlägen unterstützt. Der große Pool, der Tennis Court mit Flutlicht, der Tischtennisraum und die Küche uche draußen inkl. Grill waren unsere Highlights. Es gibt nichts negatives, das wir berichten können - wie gesagt, 10/10!

Fantastic saltwater pool and lovely spacious villa

George was there waiting for us with a lovely warm Greek cheese pie, which was very welcome after our journey. The villa is spacious and very well kept. Plus point are also the showers that have rain and handheld shower heads. The huge saltwater pool of at least 18 m long was really a joy to swim our daily lengths. The view from the villa is very gorgeous, you can see the sea as well as main land Greece. The neighbourhood village of Vasiliko has good butchers and bakeries and along the road you will find a fruit and vegetable store which sells great produce at a very reasonable price. The village of Eretria was our favourite place to have a coffee near the ferry port, at a place called The Lighthouse, whose owners were extremely friendly, like in fact all people we met during our stay on Evia.

Wonderful hosts

George and Erato went above and beyond to make us welcome and to meet our needs. The house was spacious and very well equipped. The pool is huge and we loved using the barbeque in the outdoor kitchen. . The downside for us was the location. It was remote and too far away from anything in walking distance. The other negative, which I wish we had been aware of before choosing our vacation destination is related to Greece in general., not specific to this property. Flushing toilet tissue is not allowed, it must be disposed of in a waste can and there are no overhead showers, all are hand held. These factors are not indicative of a luxury experience to those accustomed to American bathrooms.

Perfect family get away

We stayed in this house the first 2 weeks of July 2019. It was all we could have hoped for. The pictures of the house, pool and surroundings do not disappoint. George and his family were very welcoming and helpful. They provided a lot of tips on what to see and what to do. Which we really appreciated. Our kids (age 6 and 4) loved the downstairs playing area with all the toys provided. The spend the warmest hours of the days there avoiding the heat. This property has the best pool you can hope for. It was perfect for swimming as well as for playing and relaxing. We most definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Super Haus und toller Vermieter

Hat alles hervorragend geklappt. George hat sich bestens gekümmert. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und sauber und bietet mit einem Riesenpool, Tennisplatz, Spielkeller mit Tischtennisplatte, Grillplatz und großen Terrassen alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Zu erwähnen sind speziell auch die Insektenschutzgitter an allen Türen und Fenstern.

The ultimate holiday! Stunning villa, amazing pool, tennis court and outdoor kitchen. Perfect hosts.

We were attracted to this villa because of the huge pool and we were not disappointed! With an 11-, a 10- and an 8-year-old to entertain between our two families (not to mention the two larger kids in the shape of the dads!), we found that there was so much to do and plenty of space, so that we did not feel like we were on top of one another. We arrived quite late due to a flight delay and George and Erato could not have been more accommodating and empathetic. They anticipated our every need, providing refreshments and detailed hints and tips about how to enjoy our stay. We all felt extremely relaxed from day one! The island was a wonderful surprise. Evia is unspoilt and truly Greek, with its share of historical sights, beautiful beaches, varied terrain and some fantastic cuisine. The nearby seaside town of Eretria was perfect for restaurants, cafés and even a spot of souvenir shopping (some fabulous jewellers and ceramic artists have their wares tucked away in shops near the ferry port). We also climbed to the acropolis, accompanied by some local puppies, and visited the fascinating museum full of local finds. As recommended by our hosts, outings to the beaches of Kalamos and Hiliadou were great fun for all the family and we enjoyed a stop at a hidden-gem of a taverna in the mountain-top village of Steni. The local beaches alongside the church (within walking distance) were fantastic for snorkelling, with beautiful clear water and plenty of sealife to spot, including cuttlefish and crabs. We also ventured further afield to visit the Parthenon, following George's travel advice and found it to be an easy daytrip. However, the villa kept calling us back with promises of the next tennis tournament, floating on a lilo or a sheltered, lazy BBQ dinner with Greek radio playing from the outdoor kitchen! We slept really well, thanks to the comfortable beds and air-conditioning and the luxurious en-suite in the master-bedroom was a real treat. We enjoyed selecting from the many seating areas and trying out different combinations of lights for evening drinks. The sun-loungers are really comfortable too and there is a fantastic view of the floodlit tennis court from the far end of the pool (useful for umpiring particularly close calls!) There is nothing we would change about this holiday and we're certainly hoping to return soon. Thank you, Erato and George.

Spacious and modern villa

The villa is very spacious, modern and comfortable. The outside is fantastic with a huge pool and tennis court, we loved the outdoor kitchen too and used it every night. George was a welcoming host and helped us sort a problem with our rental car, which would have been extremely difficult without him! The area is lovely, would definitely recommend Chalkida for shopping and dining etc. We stayed with another family so in total 4 adults and 4 children and it was perfect. The downstairs bedroom would definitely benefit from aircon (as with the rest of the bedrooms upstairs) my children slept downstairs and although a fan was supplied, they struggled to get to sleep and woke most nights. Other than that a fantastic holiday and we would return.

Fantastic pool and great space

George was a great host he waited late for us to arrive and provided us with food. The house was designed by George so everything is well thought out. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious and they all have aircon or fans. There are 5 bathrooms and 4 showers which is plenty. The outside area is the show stopper. The pool is much bigger than I expected and we all agreed it was the best pool we've ever been in. The water comes right to the top so you can just slide in and swim away. The pool is salt water so it feels lovely on your skin-not like the usual pools with harsh chlorine and there's no chlorine smell for days after using the pool. The tennis court is great and the BBQ area is brilliant. The kitchen area by the BBQ is fully stocked with plates, cutlery etc so you just need to add food! George was a very friendly host and we were lucky enough to try his wine and vegetables all grown on the land. I highly recommend this villa for a group of friends or family and it's only just over 1 hour to Athens airport. George provided thorough directions for us so we found it very easily.

Holiday stay by frends

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene. Erato und George waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kamen am Sonntag Abend sehr spät an und Gerge hatte zu unserem Empfang eine Kleinigkeit zum Abendessen und auch für das Frühstück am nächsten Tag gesorgt. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank. Villa Erato ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es war alles da was wir benötigten. Außergewöhnlich und toll war der super große Pool. Auch die Terrasse mit einmal Meerblick und Blick auf die Berge mit schönen Sonnenuntergängen war nicht zu verachten. Wir würden Villa Erato jederzeit weiterempfehlen

Our main concern is the pleasure of our guests. As such we are available constantly for our guests' needs, with immediate response to any concern.

Our presence within the property will be very discreet, as we may stay (with our guests agreement) at the semi-detached maisonette next to the villa without using any of the property's facilities such as pool, tennis court, BBQ, etc. We only strive to provide a better experience to our guests and accommodate all of their needs.

The villa is located in a picturesque area overlooking the sea of Southern Evoikos Gulf. The property is surrounded by other villas, mainly belonging to our greater family and relatives. As such we can guarantee our guests' security, privacy and quietness of the location. The area is detached from any annoyances, noise, or hassles other than some dogs that rarely may be heard at distance. The guests will enjoy the privacy, peace and quietness of the location.
