Nestled against pristine natural Utah landscape and perched just above the 4th Tee of the Jack Nicklaus 18 hole championship course, this exquisite property boasts private views, sleek contemporary design, and top-tier amenities. Enjoy spacious single level living areas, a gourmet kitchen, and a private outdoor patio perfect for relaxation. Ideal for golf and outdoor enthusiasts and those seeking a serene, upscale extended stay in beautiful Heber City. Red Ledges requires a 90-day minimum stay, 12 rounds of golf per year included in the transfer of membership with your stay or whatever balance is still remaining. Unlimited use of executive course and all standard club house amenities. Also included: Guest Privileges at Deer Crest Lodge, Stag Lodge during ski season and year-round privileges at St. Regis pool, club and spa. Access to Red Ledges restaurants also comes with membership. Note: Images shown do not include window coverings and Smart TV's now in place. Note: Red Ledges requires a minimum 90 day stay. Jeff and Marcie Harris, owners of Casago Heber, LLC have been operating vacation rentals professionally since 2014 and have hosted over 4000 stays in California and Utah with an overall rating of 4.93 stars. Regarding cancellations: Casago serves as merchant of record for all VRBO transactions. As such should you need to cancel your reservation and a refund is due to you, your refund will be processed within 24hrs of requesting cancellation and a 5% cancellation charge will be assessed even if you are within the 100% refund period. This 5% fee will be deducted from the amount due back to you when we process your refund. This is because credit card processing fees are non refundable, even to Casago. Please consider this before making your reservation.
