Great condo! Perfect for our family. The only suggestion I have is to place table and chairs on the balcony.

Great stay for couple with adult children. Adult children really liked it. Well equipped kitchen. Parking confusing for other guests who kept parking in our labeled spot so perhaps a better description in listing might help. Pool small but did not use. Thanks for great stay.

Condo was perfect! Very clean with phenomenal views. Plenty of space for large groups. Starter packs for kitchen and bathrooms, plus plenty of towels. Only one parking space comes with the condo, but additional tags can be purchased. The parking spot is "Reserved covered" parking located near walkway to the beach which was a huge plus and made it easy to store beach chairs, etc. in the car. Will definitely be back!!

The unit was very nice. The parking is awful for a unit that size. Not having your vehicle is very inconvenient. The elevator was hit or miss, it would start and then drop 1/2 floor then go again. Everyone we talked to was complaining about having to take the stairs, I struggled with the stairs with bad knees…..the door to one of the bedrooms came off the hinges and maintenance did not show up. The staff at Liquid Life was very nice.

I’ve flagged the elevator’s erratic behavior, the bedroom door coming off its hinges and the missed maintenance visit, and concerns about parking capacity with our operations and maintenance teams so they can investigate and schedule repairs. We’ll also review our after-hours response and building accessibility communication so guests with mobility issues aren’t left struggling with stairs.
