Feel at home during your visit including access to the shared lanai and pool. TV is available on the lanai. Bedroom contains one full size bed. An additional twin mattress is available upon request. This property is also offered as a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom when booked for 3 or 4 guests.

Very nice room

Property owner, very nice gentleman, had the room prepared for our visit. Very clean. Bathroom is adjacent to the room also very clean. Would go back without any reservation.

Great way to visit Ave Maria!

The property is beautiful, and the private room and bathroom were immaculate (far better than most hotels). Ken was also very proactive in communicating and prompt to respond. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit!

Specifically What I Needed

I needed a clean bed and shower for one night in Ave Maria. That is exactly what this is. I could have stayed there a few more nights if necessary. I could have stayed there with my wife. However, It is ideal for a quick stay in Ave Maria. Communicating with Management was as easy as it could be given the vrbo way. However, Ken was extremely responsive much to my relief. In all likelihood, I or my wife will stay there again when visiting Ave..
