Located in Ave Maria, enjoy this 1-bedroom casita with easy access to the university and down town area. This excellent property offers a private entrance to your bedroom and bathroom. Feel at home during your visit including access to the shared lanai and pool. TV is available on the lanai. Bedroom contains one full size bed. An additional twin mattress is available upon request. This property is also offered as a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom when booked for 3 or 4 guests.

Kenneth was very informative about the property and always keeping in touch providing information up to an including after my stay. The facility was extremely clean and perfect for my overnight stay. Beautiful neighborhood and safe gated community.

Very welcoming, very helpful, perfect little space for us! We wanted to visit Ave Maria and this was just what we needed. Hosts were just great and even took time to chat with us about the town. Highly recommend!

Very nice room

Property owner, very nice gentleman, had the room prepared for our visit. Very clean. Bathroom is adjacent to the room also very clean. Would go back without any reservation.

Great way to visit Ave Maria!

The property is beautiful, and the private room and bathroom were immaculate (far better than most hotels). Ken was also very proactive in communicating and prompt to respond. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit!
