Welcome to Seahorse — a relaxing coastal retreat near the beach with fantastic sunsets and peekaboo ocean views. This duplex unit offers a peaceful setting where you can see and hear the ocean while enjoying a comfortable, updated interior.

Recent upgrades include a brand-new kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and glass stovetop. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a longer coastal stay, you’ll have everything you need to rest and recharge.

While not direct oceanfront, this unit has a relaxed coastal vibe and beautiful west-side light. Beach access is currently located next to the A-Frame via the left-side trail. Please note that storms and erosion can occasionally impact access. Patterson Park, adjacent to the cul-de-sac, offers additional shoreline access.

Conveniently located just off Hwy 101 on the west side, south of Waldport and only 6 miles north of Yachats. Waldport is a charming small town known for crabbing in Alsea Bay and its stunning “where the forest meets the sea” scenery. Explore artsy Yachats to the south or visit Newport’s aquarium and historic waterfront to the north.

We used this peaceful property as a base to explore all the quaint coastal towns along 101. The furniture in the place was very comfy and several days of our two weeks we stayed and relaxed on the back deck and the living area. The host was easy to communicate with.

The house was quaint and clean with enough amities such as towels. It was cool and the wall heaters put out plenty of heat. It is in a good location south of Waldport. My only disappointment was I thought I would see the ocean out the window. It does have a good view of the ocean on the deck. The maintenance person Scott was great. He came over immediately if there was a problem. The house is basic but definitely worth the money. I would recommend it.
