My family had a great time at this little cottage. The location is wonderful, the house was clean, and it was dog and kid friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

The cottage is so quaint, quiet and cozy. The neighborhood is friendly and respectful. The house is very clean, the beds were comfortable. There is nothing that Bill and his wife left out. It is stocked with everything one may need in a home from a beach wagon to a Keurig and so much more. The proximity to the Bay is yards away! This time of year there were no people on the beach and the dogs had a field day. ( so did we!) Although the furniture is somewhat dated, it fit well within the cozy beach cottage. There are no complaints here except for the mosquitoes that were relentless both day and night! We had a lovely time. Bill is very prompt in communicating. I would return again. Thank you both!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, welcoming and was thoughtfully stocked with items like snacks, water, board games, Roku, beach accessories, charging station, etc. It was a short one minute walk to the beach and was quiet and a perfect place for kids to play.

Excellent through and through. When we weren't on the beach, we spent our time on the outdoor patio enjoying the peaceful neighborhood. We'll definitely be back!

What a great place!

We all loved this place! It is the perfect size and close to the water and the shark teeth. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The only drawback would be one bathroom; four adults navigated it well, but any more, folks, it would have been an issue. The kitchen had all the items you would need. Bob was great and communicated really clearly. I'm definitely going back!
