Great stay

Great stay and really accommodating and kind hosts! location was right by so many restaurants which was perfect for us. A comfortable and very convenient stay in NOLA!

Perfect location

Everything was so clean and the space was bigger than I assumed! The host left a nice welcome package that we really appreciated. The house is conveniently next to CVS and was walkable to the parade route for Mardi Gras and restaurants on Feret. I would definitely stay here again. Great hosts!

Great Location Great Time

The property was as described and in a great location. We'll be back next time in New Orleans. A tv in the bedroom would be great additional touch, but in no way deters us from returning.

Great apartment !

We had a great stay at this location. The apartment is spacious, newly renovated and clean. The water bottles and snacks were a nice touch! It’s a bit far out from the French quarter but the area felt safe and it’s close to several bus lines which then took 20 minutes and was way cheaper than taking Ubers every time. The apartment is located around the back of the main house. The lockbox is on a gate on the right side of the house. I would recommend getting specific instructions on how exactly to find it

Great Location / Neighborhood

We had a lovely stay in this spacious apartment, which is perfect for our group of two! The location is fantastic—just a short 15-minute drive from all the amazing attractions in New Orleans, yet without the hustle and bustle of the busy French Quarter. We discovered some delicious restaurants just a few blocks away in the Freret Neighborhood, which was a nice bonus.Just a heads up for light sleepers: the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear your neighbors and the plumbing when water is running in the showers. The decor is somewhat sparse, but it has all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Also, keep in mind that there’s a stairway connecting to the apartment upstairs, and I wish there was a second door to lock on our end for added security and privacy.I must say, the communication with our host was great! They responded quickly to our questions and even helped us fix an issue with the water heater right away. Plus, we loved the thoughtful welcome gift basket that included a king cake and some fun carnival party goodies.

Jazz Fest

Clean, comfortable and very spacious. Owners were communicative with check-in details before we arrived. Everything was very clear. Pretty far from everything in town that we wanted to do. We had to take a bus or Lyft everywhere which was quite spendy but the cost of this helped to balance that.
