Affordable, comfortable, clean, just one block monument circle, lots of windows
The vrbo is a small apartment exactly as photos show and as described. Its on the 13th floor with a good view of the city. It’s right next the the Home2 by Hilton on Pennsylvania. No on-site parking but you can short-term street park right at the door to the building, unload, then go back down and move vehicle to a parking garage less than a block away($20/day). It was easy. The building itself is safe, private entry via specific door codes to main entrance, as well as easy keyless entry into the unit with a specific code for each renter. There were other vrbo-style renters and also tenants in the apt building. It is very quiet. Everyone was nice. There are 2 elevators and a really neat central stairwell. The rental was clean, comfortable , and affordable. The only negative is that there are many “bums” in the area. They were all quiet, and we had no problems, but I wouldn’t want to be a woman staying there alone. If the apt was just one block over, this would not have been an issue. There are Lime and Bird electric scooters everywhere, so it does make it quick and easy to get around but check their mapping bc they cannot be ridden everywhere or parked just anywhere, and they’ll just shut off if you are in a restricted area. It only takes about 10 min to walk to the Convention Center or the Hyatt Regency or the Marriott. I would rec walking over to Monument Circle, grabbing a coffee at Command Coffee and head out from there. Eats: St. Elmo; McCormick and Schmick’s
