The house was perfect for our group of gaming dads attending Gen Con. Parked in front of house and felt safe throughout. Not a bad walk to the convention center either. Highly recommend.

The house was just like the pictures and had all the things for our family. The location was great, being close to downtown, and on the street parking was easy to find. Corey, our host, was quick to respond when I had a question and shared all the things we needed to know, in advance. Thanks for a great stay, Corey.

The Union Farmhouse is a great location to visit Indy for the Final Four. It was within walking distance and by the time we would have waited in traffic, we were already back to our beautiful Union Farmhouse having a nightcap. the home has everything you need. We will spend time there again, I am sure.

Excellent Location

This property was very cute and very clean. Also in a perfect location with just a short walk Corey was very quick to respond and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone looking in this area!

The property was clean and had nice amenities. The bathrooms were cute and big. The floorboards are a older but its the charm of the house. Check in/out was easy. Parking was not bad at all. Overall great stay!

The Comforting Truth

This property gives you a Rustic Clean Home stay. Sleeps 6 comfortably, but honestly could sleep more with the couch Bed. The shower is clean and the master bath has a sleek modern country feel. The kids enjoyed and noticed an opening in the floor with light shining from underneath, turns out it was just from the basement below and the owners alerted us how to turn them off. Speaking of the owner, he’s so accommodating and responsive. I highly appreciate the professionalism and the hospitality that was shown. When back in the area, this will be our go to for booking. 5star rating!!!!

We booked this place last minute with my son having a competition in the area. Place was great for the price, 5-10 mins from downtown and all the attractions, and the host answered questions withing minutes. Probably slightly cheaper than a hotel, but with way more space a privacy. I would book again.
