Jeff and Marcie are always available for questions, concierge service and truly wish to provide you with the best experience possible. Regarding cancellations: Casago serves as merchant of record for all VRBO transactions. As such should you need to cancel your reservation and a refund is due to you, your refund will be processed within 24hrs of requesting cancellation and a 5% cancellation charge will be assessed even if you are within the 100% refund period. This 5% fee will be deducted from the amount due back to you when we process your refund. This is because credit card processing fees are non refundable, even to Casago. Please consider this before making your reservation.
