Beautiful and Fun Home

Was a perfect house to stay in with our family and friends. Very good location, easy access to everything in Reunion and surrounding areas. Very clean and beautifully decorated.

Great Home

Home met our expectations. Only suggestion would be to have a few more necessary items available upon arrival……bars of soap and more toilet paper, Kleenex as an example. Pretty skimpy supplies for such a large house. We understand that we need to supply those things for the week. Otherwise, everything was great.

Clean, palacial, and fabulous!

This is your dream vacation home. If you have children, like I did, they will flip out when they see the nemo themed room. The house is huge but all the space is usable. They did a great job with the design and decoration of this home. The theater room was an added bonus that we weren't expecting to use as much as we did. If I could give this a 6th star... I would!

Golden Bear Retreat needs complete clean and update

Extremely disappointed with our stay which we had so looked forward to for a special birthday celebration. The pool heat only worked on day 1 and was never fixed until we were leaving. Spa never worked and needs a complete re-lining as so worn out.Property looks as shown but is very worn. Needs fresh carpets and furnishings and a full clean. Our socks were filthy from walking around the flooring. The Sofa is fraying and the lounge rug is filthy and worn. Other carpets are stained. Dusty bedside units and skirtings. Final straw was that our daughter had terrible bites from bed bugs from downstairs bedroom. Never ever have any of us had that in all our years of travelling. This property needs a total refurb inside and out. Cannot recommend this house for rental until the owner sorts this all out. Also, Am still waiting on a refund for pool heating that we paid for and did not receive. Poor service overall.

Reunion House Stay

The house was perfect for our family vacation. It was a nice size for our group of nine. The pool area was great and adding the pool heat was a great decision since the temps were not warm. The hot tub was very hot and relaxing and having the gas fire table and grill was a nice bonus. Unfortunately, we had quite a few property issues during the week (projector issues, multiple plumbing issues and fire alarm going off at 4:30am due to low batteries in sensors) which took away a bit from a relaxing vacation having to deal with those but my contact person Jared was fantastic to work with and had someone out to rectify the issues immediately and each staff person who came to the house was awesome. We will plan another stay with magical vacation homes.

Beautiful home

The family enjoyed this home tremendously. Our grandchildren, ages 5, 7 and 11, started and ended each day at Disney with a swim in the pool. The kitchen was great for preparing breakfast each morning prior to heading to the Disney Parks. Would highly recommend.

Pool / Hot Tub not working

The hot tub was cold every day you had to turn the timer on sometimes the heater would start sometimes it wouldn't you never know. I read this on a review back in November thinking it would be fixed but it wasn't be Ware of this issue at this house.
