HOUSE RULES
- Signed renter agreement is required to complete your booking and receive your front entry code for check-in.
- Please be aware of our Cancellation Policy. We offer full refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. A 50% refund is offered for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to check-in. We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
- We do not offer refunds for personal or weather related events outside of our control, such as hurricanes, road closures, flooding, snow storms or other severe weather or natural disasters. We ask that all guests traveling to the area purchase travel insurance to protect their trip.
- Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. No parties or events allowed.
- Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful serenity of the neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am. Keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 9pm.
- We’ve put a lot of effort into making this a lovely vacation space to be enjoyed by ourselves and our guests! We'd love it if you treated our house with the same respect as you would your own home.
- Pets: Up to 2 dogs are welcome with signed renter agreement and paid pet fee of $175. Pets must be added to your reservation.
- Hot Tub: Read all operational instructions before use. No glass in the hot tub. Maximum hot tub occupancy is 6 adults. Enter & exit slowly to avoid slipping. Please shower with soap & water before use to maintain water clarity to enjoy during your stay. Guests responsible for damages.
- No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.
- Please respect 4pm check-in and 10am checkout times. Early arrivals and late check outs are prohibited without prior approval.
- Our property borders a nature preserve and there is wildlife in the area, including raccoons. Do not leave trash in the trash in the trash can outside without securely bagging trash and/or placing a rock or paver on top to prevent wildlife access.
- While we know our guests won’t intentionally break anything at our vacation rental, we understand accidents can happen sometimes. Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, before check-out. Guests may be charged for excess cleaning and/or damages to the property.
- Please note: the adjacent beach area is a vacant lot and not a part of our property. While guests and neighbors often enjoy using this beach area for longing, fishing, or launching kayaks, it is not maintained and may have debris or unmarked hazards. Please wear footwear, proceed with caution and use at your own risk.
