Stunning waterfront 3BR/2BA home with spectacular marina views, just steps from Esker Point Beach. Comfortably sleeps 8. Features a private deck, fully equipped kitchen, and free kayaks, paddleboards & bikes. A short stroll or bike ride to Mystic`s attractions. Perfect for a family or group coastal getaway. Enjoy shared firepits and grills by the water`s edge.
Welcome to your bright and airy second-floor walk-up waterfront getaway. This home features a light, coastal-themed interior and stunning views of the marina. The open-concept living space is perfect for groups and families.

Living Area: Large living room for relaxation.
• Kitchen: Fully-equipped, open-concept kitchen.
• Dining: Indoor dining table for eight, plus an outdoor dining table for six on your private furnished deck.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Comfortably sleeps 8 guests.
• Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with an ensuite bathroom and shower.
• Second Bedroom: King-size bed.
• Third Bedroom: One queen bed and two twin beds.
• A second full bathroom is accessible from the hallway.
• Amenities: In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Guests will have private access to the entire second-floor home, including the private furnished deck overlooking the marina.

• Private Entrance: Keyless entry
• Parking: Ample free on-site parking is included for your vehicles.
• Shared Amenities: You will also have access to shared common areas, including:
o Stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, and bikes.
o Two grills for cookouts.
o A Solo Stove firepit area with eight Adirondack chairs located right on the water`s edge.

We respect our guests` privacy so you can fully enjoy your vacation. We are available via phone or message if you have any questions or need recommendations during your stay.

Recreational Gear: To enhance your stay, we provide complimentary stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, and bikes for your enjoyment.

Shared Spaces: The three grills and the Solo Stove firepit area are shared with other cottages on the property. We kindly ask that you be respectful of other guests who may also be using these wonderful amenities.

The location was so peaceful and beautiful! We were a quick drive into Mystic. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, everything we needed and more. Parking was easy and communication prior to check in was outstanding. We can’t wait to stay again soon! Thank you for a perfect coastal weekend.

Happy Easter

We stayed here over Easter weekend. Very clean place, host was easy to work with. The location is great, the beds were comfortable and the place itself was very tranquil and nice views of the cove. Id definitely recommend this place to others.

Hidden Gem

This is a wonderful hidden gem in Groton. I stayed here with the whole family and everyone had a great time. The location right on the water is awesome with amazing views from sunrise to sunset. It's a quick drive into Mystic, Stonington, or Goton for all the attractions. We were able to walk to Noank for some great fried seafood at Abbots and to Eskers beach for a quick dip. Lots of indoor and outdoor space to hang out. We loved relaxing around the firepit after the kids went to bed. The place is quiet and beds were comfortable so we all slept well. Kitchens were well stocked for making group meals. BBQ worked great for when we cooked dinner. Overall we had a wonderful time. Dave was an awesome host and super responsive. Can't wait to come back next year!

Good option for a large family

With 13 adults and seven children sleeping on site, plus six joining for Thanksgiving day, it was a good venue for a large group. Super advantage to have two full kitchens, plus a third refrigerator and microwave for all the food preparation and juggling feeding kids in between. Good supply of tableware and cooking equipment. In warmer weather there would be a nice large picnic table outside, but the host added a long folding table and chairs that we put up between the living room and kitchen which, with the main dining table, accommodated most adults for sit-down dining . Downsides for our group, who do lots of activities like games as well as conversation, were that there is really only one moderately large room contiguous with the kitchen for everyone to gather in (and so tends to be pretty noisy), and the second floor of the venue requires going outside to access (which was less than ideal with kids running around in bare feet and pajamas). Although the second floor had a sitting area, this was less useful for us because it segregated activity too much and was hard to access for the older folks in the family. On the plus side, it provided a usually quiet escape for some of us. Wonderful fire pit out near the water with plenty of chairs and lots of wood available. And only a short walk to a nice sandy beach for alternative entertainment of the children.

Amazing Stay

This waterfront property exceeded all our expectations! Our party of 20, kids and adults, had plenty of space indoors and out to eat, play and relax. The waterfront location is stunning - we spent countless hours enjoying the views and outdoor activities. One of our highlights was enjoying our morning coffee as we watched the sunrise from the deck or patio area. Dave’s communication was prompt and clear, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. His local recommendations were spot-on, and he was always just a message away if we needed anything. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival and well-stocked with all the essentials. The two kitchens made meal prep for our large group easy, everything was ready at the same time! If you are looking for a spacious, waterfront getaway that can comfortably host a large group, this is the perfect choice. We are already planning our return visit!

Perfect for big group getaway!

We recently stayed at this fantastic house for a family reunion- it exceeded our expectations! There were plenty of spacious bedrooms and the large common areas allowed us to come together for meals and family time without feeling crowded. The main house and the cottage were perfect because we had three couples without kids and they loved being there with us but also having their own space. Also, having two kitchens was a game changer - it made meal prep easier, allowing us to cook simultaneously without stepping on each other’s toes and have the option to do some meals together or separate depending on everyone’s schedules. The convenience of having a nice washer and dryer was also a bonus. Something to note is that the house doesn’t have a bathtub so if you have a baby/small child just plan ahead (we brought a travel tub for our 9mo old and it easily fit in the shower). The views of the water and nearby things to do made this house ideal. We spent our mornings sipping coffee while soaking in the scenery, and the nearby beach access was a highlight for casual walks and fresh air- since it was fall we didn’t swim but we definitely plan to come back in the summer. Lots of great stuff nearby and walkable to do. Overall, we had an unforgettable stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking.
