The condo accommodates six guests, offering a cozy bedroom, living room, and snug window alcoves. While we accommodate six, keep in mind this is a one bedroom condo with one bathroom. A young family or two couples with two small children would be fine. We do not recommend six adults.

For those balancing work and leisure, our fast WiFi ensures seamless connectivity for multiple Zoom meetings amidst a picturesque setting. Additionally, a private ski locker allows for convenient storage of gear for outdoor excursions.

Winter Weather Note:
Be prepared to drive in potentially hazardous conditions by acquiring an appropriate vehicle and learning winter driving best practices before arriving to Colorado. Snowy roads are beautiful and absolutely drivable when you are prepared, and so we do not provide refunds for normal winter weather.

However, we are sensitive to traveling in the mountains when the weather is capable of shutting down the roads. If highways are closed due to severe weather, we will provide at minimum a partial refund for the night(s) affected by the road closure. The remaining night(s) will be charged at full price if the highways are open. Typically roads are not closed for more than 24 hours at a time.
