The whole group will be comfortable in this unique space. With 3 bedrooms and 3 queen beds and 1 bathroom and laundry room. When the weather is good the backyard and patio is a highlight as might be able to appreciate the many activities we make available. Watch the trains roll by from the backyard-it's like having a moving postcard scene right outside the back door. Whether you enjoy the horseshoes, the firepit, the BBQ, the hot tub, various yard games or just the wide open space there is something back there for everyone.
If that isn't enough the river is very close and always a beautiful site to relax. Some people like to do their yoga on the sandy beach while others enjoy fishing for a nice Montana trout. During the warmer months youa re sure to see University students tubing the river and living their best life. The views of the mountains and the wildlife it holds are good entertainment for anyone with the patience to glass the mountains opposite the back yard. Inside the 55" TV and streaming service await a group to enjoy all that technology has to offer. Popcorn is often left in the cupboards and a candy or two can usually be found. Cuddle in and watch a movie while you watch it snow out the window. Let's hope for big flakes and epic powder to grace our ski season soon! 3 bed 1 bath home with room to cook a large dinner and invite your group to make special memories.
This place is very cozy and the hot tub with that view is perfect! If your looking for an out of Missoula location with hot tub and good view this is it for a good price!

Welcome to Aisling Suites: A Legacy of Care and Understanding
Our family’s tradition of hospitality began in 1870 with the Pickett Hotel in Butler, Missouri. My great-great-great-grandfather built a place where travelers found more than just a room—they found care, respect, and comfort. That same commitment lives on at Aisling Suites today and the home on Easy Street is no exception.
My grandparents carried this spirit of service with them into World War II. My grandmother served as a nurse at Pearl Harbor, and my grandfather was a doctor in the Army Air Corps in Europe. I’ve watched how hard they worked, how much they gave to others, and the toll it sometimes took on them. Though I haven’t walked in their shoes, I’ve seen firsthand the sacrifices made by first responders in healthcare and the military.
Here at Aisling Suites in Missoula, Montana, I’ve made it my mission to offer a place where those who serve—whether in the military or in education or healthcare—can find the rest and respect they deserve. Being near The University of Montana and St. Pat's we understand that the people working in these fields carry a heavy load. My goal is to care for each guest as I would have cared for my own family—by offering comfort, support, and an unwavering commitment to making your stay as restful as possible.
You may not find me on the frontlines like my grandparents, but what I can offer is a place where you’ll be looked after with the same dedication I saw in them. At Aisling Suites, you’ll find more than just a room—you’ll find a place that understands the importance of your work and honors the effort you put in every day.

We bought this property to have something close to the river. As it happens it is also easy access to downtown and the interestate and in great proximity to the new Kettlehouse Ampitheatre.

Yes, the hot tub works. I am truly sorry so many homes that advertise an Airbnb do not keep it up but this one works and is kept in good order.
