Unique home on Catclaw Mountain with a pool and pet friendly

Cattleman's is a great home with it's own uniqueness. It sits about halfway up on Catclaw Mountain. It sleeps 15 with three bedrooms and an enclosed porch area with lots of windows for great views of the outside. It has an indoor cantina area with a tv and bar area. The best views are off the balcony overlooking the Frio River Valley area. Great place to have your morning coffee or evening drink. Just outside the side door is the great pool and outdoor firepit area. If you are wanting to float or just hang out at the river, this home comes with free parking passes close to Seven Bluff Crossing. This home is also pet friendly and offers a small fenced in area behind the house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay, plenty of beds and extra room! Very nice area indoor and outdoor. We used the pool a lot as well and the private river access was convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is perfect for 14-15 people. Location is great. Plenty of space for large party. Bonus points for a great pool and hang out area for family fun. Great balcony views and peaceful surroundings. Frio Family Getaway is easy to work with and very attentive to guests. Highly recommend staying in any property they manage.
