The Space:

Soft morning light filters through the trees as you settle in with a warm drink, while the quiet hum of the mountains drifts in the background. Inside, the gentle glow of the electric fireplace invites slow, cozy moments after a day of winter outings. When the air turns crisp, the indoor spaces become the heart of your stay, from game‑filled afternoons to peaceful evenings in the hot tub with partial mountain views.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms are spread across the main and second floors, each with its own full bathroom and a 55” Smart TV. The main‑floor bedrooms each feature a king‑size bed and large closets. Upstairs, a third bedroom offers a king‑size bed and a dedicated workspace. The fourth bedroom provides two queen‑size beds and a multicade arcade game. A queen‑size sleeper sofa in the living room adds extra sleeping space, bringing the total to six beds for up to twelve guests.



Indoor living

An electric fireplace sets a warm tone throughout the cooler months, complementing gathering areas designed for play and relaxation. A loft game room holds a PlayStation 5, arcade games, air hockey, and a NERF battle station. Fast wifi supports streaming or video calls, and a dedicated workspace lets you stay productive. The cabin is decorated for Christmas from approximately December 1 through 31, though exact dates may vary with guest turnover. Check‑in and check‑out are not available on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. This property is owned by VA Properties Tennessee, LLC.

3 stairs are required for access into the home.



Other Things to Note:

Your lock code will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your arrival. You do not need to pick up any keys.



Restricted Check In/Out Days - Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. You may not check in our out on these holiday days.
