Very cozy place right on the town square. Family and pups loved the stay, and the quiet, walkable downtown access. The host lives close and was immediately responsive to any questions, even coming over in person to help us during our stay. Would recommend for anyone wanted a relaxing place to stay outside of the hustle of the city.

Awesome property and host, perfect for families

Great property! Wonderful host, Emily is helpful and quick to respond. The house is very nice and has a lot of character and has pretty much anything you need. It’s perfect if you have kids too.

This House was exactly what we needed for 5 weeks. It was the perfect location and perfect atmosphere. The house is well kept and very beautiful. The pool was an added bonus. The owners were AMAZING!!! SO friendly and were available at all times. We enjoyed it so much that we cant wait to book in the future. WE were blessed beyond measure.

Home away from home !

We were in town for sports event taking place downtown. I really didn’t want to be crammed in a hotel or even a loft/condo. We were 6 plus a 5 year old. The listing was perfect, quaint with all the essentials one could need while out of town. Comfortable beds and great showers. Even a children’s getaway for my little niece. Really enjoyed the property, just a quick 20 minute to and from the convention center. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Thank you for making our weekend so restful and relaxing. We felt welcome the moment we arrived. All we needed was taken care of, and we loved the luxurious touches. Your home is simply pristine...so clean and inviting, beautiful decor, and perfect for families or a girl's trip! We especially loved: the sweet front porch and swing, the fantastic garden, the awesome master bath, the inviting family living space, and the comfortable beds with fabulous linens. We will be back!

One of the best

This is my very first experience with VRBO and let me tell you….Mrs. Emily is amazing. She was prompt with my questions and even checked in with me throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Let’s not even begin to talk about the house. OMG it was so stinking cute and just like she said on the listing. The area is quiet and super safe. So many things to do around the area. This is a hidden gem and Mrs. Emily is the best.

Fun girl trip

Quaint and charming House

We really enjoyed our family gathering. The house was super clean and comfortable. The rooms are large and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy. We walked up to the town square just steps from the house. We enjoyed the old time bakery. We highly recommend this house and neighborhood. The owners were very accommodating.

Great Home, Awesome Location

Emily was great to work with on the rental. We loved the home, great space, great location. Close enough to Dallas / Ft. Worth to do anything needed. We were there for almost a week, traveled around and looked forward to returning to the vacation home each evening, as opposed to a motel. Would definitely rent this home again.

Old faithful

This will be our second stay and in a year from now we will hopefully have a third. Really enjoy this property, its a quick commute to all things Dallas and the house itself is charming and welcoming. We slept comfortably with all the necessary amenities. Owners are very friendly and we really appreciate all the thoughtfulness behind the stay. Kitchen has been updated very nicely and some new perks noted on the home was a nice surprise..Definitely recommend this property!

Great place for everything Dallas and Waco

The house was perfect! Great location, and very comfortable. We stayed here for a vacation to visit Dallas and Waco and this was the perfect place to start each day. Nicely kept up and decorated, quiet neighborhood.

Emily was a gracious host, patient with this first-time VRBO guest and answered all my questions within 24 hours. It was a great place for our family to gather (three couples) for a family wedding in Dallas. We enjoyed the Lovin’ Oven bakery and Casserole Soul Cafe just a block away. With a front porch and back patio, we could sit and relax in the sun or shade. Emily left a bottle of wine for us, a perfect end to a lovely day. Would definitely stay again.
