Security: As safety is always of the upmost concern, to fully protect our guests, this house is monitored 24/7 by ADT Security, has two Ring cameras on both the front and back door, and fully up to code on both smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.

Pets: Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

Please note: Our house is next to some train tracks on one side. These tracks are active, but only run cargo, and only run 1-3x a day (from 7am-11am), causing 1-3 minutes of minor disturbance. This gives the house additional privacy, as we only have neighbors on one side, and allows for a fully fenced in backyard perfect for hanging out with friends/family or for pets.
