This is a gorgeous contemporary 2 bed 2 bath condo centrally located. Close to grocery store and next to LA Live, Convention Center, Staples center. Property features a pool, spa. We also have 2 parking spots. Beautiful view of the downtown skyline from balcony! We welcome all types of guests. We have a total of 3 beds: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen sleeper sofa for up to 5 people! No parties or loud noises, violaters will be evicted by 24 hour on site security -Absolutely no parties allowed otherwise reservation will be cancelled without any refund + $500 fine. No smoking allowed. Smoking will incur a $1,000 fee. -Sometimes last minute bookings may require some lead (1-4 hrs) for preparation and check in, contact us for more info. -Late check in fees may apply past 10pm, contact for details. -All guests must specify the number of people staying in unit for reservation. Any excess people over the stated amount on reservation will be charged $100/person. There will be no charge as long as you state exact number of people at time of booking. -Parking $30 per day per car. Parking is on site. -IMPORTANT: Please specify your time of arrival. If an arrival time is given and there is no communication about being late there will be a waiting fee past 60 minutes. Waiting fee is $25 for every 30 minutes late. Fee will not be charged as long as there is communication to host about being late, the host must be notified more than 90 minutes prior to scheduled arrival time. For example: guest originally tells host they will arrive at 4pm. If guest arrival time has changed to 5pm, host must be notified no later than 90 minutes prior to 4pm which is 2:30pm. Great choice!
I was visiting LA for business and was very pleased with this comfortable very well equipped apartment. It's located in a safer part of DTLA very close to Whole Foods, many restaurants, the Covention Center, etc. Great gym, pool, sauna, steamer, etc. Definitely will stay there again next time I visit LA.

Fantaatic Property, Great Location & Value
The property is top notch, new, clean, spacious with views and a balcony. A single hotel room in the area cost the same if not more AND this property has two bedrooms. Fantastic value. Also, the host’s communication was great. I highly recommend this owner and property.
