Our little paradise in Palm Springs!

We really liked this property for the most part. The entire place is carpeted except the kitchen - yes, even the bathroom. Great water pressure in the shower. The beds were very comfortable. Really nice walk-in closet in the primary bedroom. There were several water toys left from other visitors I assume, games, etc. The fridge had a ice maker - very important ha! Didn't care for the tv system which is YouTube, but we figured it out eventually with a couple of calls to the owner. The couch has seen better days, but it worked - little hard in places (not much cushioning left), and we wouldn't have wanted to sleep on the hideabed - could really feel the springs on the mattress so we didn't use it. The owners could definitely leave some instructions on how things work in the home, esp the tv, heating/ac, and their expectations when leaving; however, they answered our questions quickly. The yard is amazing at this property! Beautiful condo project as a whole - the landscape workers were there daily upkeeping the properties. The No. 1 pool heater was not working so we had to use the No. 4 pool, but not a big deal. The property can be relatively noisy as there's a flight path overhead, but we got used to it quickly - no late night flights. We also backed onto a busy street that could get noisy at rush hour as well if you were outside. All in all, it was a lovely vacation - we couldn't have asked for better weather!

Stay at Sunrise Palms

This property was very clean, easy to enter and depart, obviously well taken care of; great amenities and extras that we have always had to purchase at other locations. The 2 heated pools were amazing and we enjoyed the hot tubs almost daily. Very easy to get around the city and to any location we wanted to go. Overall very pleased with our stay. Thank you!

Hidden oasis

Nice place, very comfortable, great for walking every morning. Nice neighbors, easy access to pools, short distance to downtown. Will rent again if available.

This property comes as advertised

This property is located in a very quiet gated community. It has many pools that are seldomly used, so no crowds. The neighbors are friendly and the hosts are very good to work with. The only drawback for us was the lack of suitable outdoor furniture.

A great place to stay in north western Palm Springs

We stayed at this location from November 1 to December 15, 2018. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and all the appliances were band new. It was especially nice to have your own washer and dryer conveniently located in the suite. I am not sure the make of the mattresses but without question we have never slept on more comfortable beds. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The, owner, David, was very accommodating and responded quickly with assistance whenever asked. The only issue with the condo is its location adjacent to a busy avenue, This meant that you could hear traffic noise in the master bedroom which is located at the back of the condo. As well, the development , is located under one of the airport flight paths so depending on wind direction , aircraft taking off or landing could be quite loud. If you are a light sleeper, this combination of noises could prove very frustrating. During our time there we got used to the traffic and aircraft so this did not end up to be a big problem. By the way, the airport is not open late at night so aircraft noise is only an issue during the day and early evening. All things considered, I would definitely recommend this property.
