Stay comfortably in Gaithersburg at this 2-bedroom apartment. The bedrooms feature 1 queen beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. Enjoy amenities like heating, WiFi, and a washing machine during your stay. Our adorable space is ideal for short stays, ensuring your holiday is a marvelous experience.
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space basement apartment until. The basement unit is shared in the home that is occupied by the owner host that lives in the upstairs portion of the house. GUEST HAVE ACCESS TO THE LOWER LEVEL BASEMENT ONLY EXCLUDING AN ACCESS DOOR FOR THE HOST. ** THIS IS A COMPLETE SMOKE FREE PROPERTY ** See YOUR STORY SECTION ** for clarification details. Please feel free to contact the owner host for more information.
Rules as follow while occupying my rental unit.
01) Quite time is from 10 pm to 8 am. (Absolutely no loud disturbing noise of any kind)
02) No partly of anytime while in the unit and or property.
03) No third party booking allowed. Only guests listed on reservation will be allowed to enter unit and or
property.
04) Report any and all damages’ such as broken glass, spills etc. to the HOST ASAP. (Fees will be the
responsibility of the guest for any damages not reported)
05) Check-in time are 02 pm and Checkout is at 10 am with no exceptions. (Checkout exceeding (2) two
hours beyond 10 am will be charged an extra day fee without guest being there for the extra day
charge.)
06) Park in Visitor parking only. (Do not park in front of garage at any time.)
07) No arranging of the furniture allowed.
08) Contact HOST via text for any question or concerns with the unit.
09) No pets are allowed in the unit and or property during the entire time of the reservation.
10) No shoes of any kind are to be worn in the unit. (Please place then in the shoe rack at the entry of
the unit.
11) Backyard amenities such as (Fire pit, Patio and furniture, Bench swing are available for use after
notifying HOST first for preparation purposes.)
12) Front yard use will be for viewing only. (Not for walking or any other access to guest at any time.)
13) Absolutely no smoking of any kind will be allowed. (This includes tobacco, Vaping, and or anything
that creates smoke.) ** Any detection of this violation will result in immediate eviction from the unit
and or property **
14) There will be a designated area provided for those that have the need to smoke outside the unit.
(This will be subject to fees for anyone not following the designated smoking area policy)
15) Any use of alcoholic beverage will only be allowed in the unit and backyard patio only. (No exception
in another area of the property while using your reservation)
16) No Food or Drinks allowed in the bedrooms.
17) No game systems are allowed to be connected to the TV's.
18) Age requirement to book is 25 years and older for unit.
19) Occupancy limit while on reservation is only 4 persons.
20) Local must contact HOST before using reservation.
21) Guest must have valid contact information a pond check-in for the HOST.
22) Guest must agree to give HOST and or authorized technicians to fix or repair any and all issue that
occur while using their reservation.
23) All guest must be current authorizes uses of the platform only.
24) All guest are required to check that all doors and windows have been securely lock when leaving the
unit and or property.
25) Please do not use the kitchen counter or island for any cutting of food. Any damages will be charge
to guest staying in unit. A cutting board has been provided to the unit.
26) Please park in designated parking for guest only.
27) Please be advised as to yellow and green flags indicating when Host dogs are occupying backyard
space.
28) Please recycle all trash bottle and cans in recycle container on patio and all other trash in provided
trash can.
29) Please “DO NOT PUT ANYTHING FLAMMABLE INTO GAS FIREPLACE” Any damages to unit will be a
cost of the guest.
30) Guest internet service has been provided by the host. Please inquire for details.
31) Guest will be charged for any damage and or missing provision in the unit.
