気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
Got there and hot water heater exploded. Water everywhere and it’s been duct taped several times as I have video. It’s bulged and about to go off like a bomb: Mildew smell upon entering the home: Ants in kitchen and bathroom. Dryer didn’t work. Bugs all in the pool: pool was freezing & paid for pool heat and the heat pump isn’t hooked up or working: no light in the backyard / pool area at all: had a wedding to get ready for and plumbing is messed up and commod in both bathrooms overflowed all over the floors. Contacted mgmt and did nothing for 2 days then sent someone out without telling us and they entered the home while we were out and we had to rush to get ready for a wedding so we asked him to leave: bags by back door and been there awhile: maintenance came without scheduling and was in the home just with a plunger without any notification when we got back from shopping one day. Owner hung up on me when I tried to discuss the issues and told me due to the holiday she will address it Tuesday: (checkout was Sunday) TV channels were in another language: it was by far the worst rental and rental experience I have had in 49 years. Beware of this home and especially the caretakers: I corresponded with people the entire vacation only to be told how unacceptable everything was and for them to do nothing: 2420 Berkshire Dr
Bungalow with private pool nightmare!
This home was clearly flooded and is not taken care of at all. Save yourself and stay away!
