Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Mountain View. The courthouse square is just a short walk away, where the famous Folk music is played on most weekend nights. We had a nice stay at this cabin. Everything was clean, and their were plenty of towels and blankets to make it comfortable.

Perfect little getaway.

Very clean, kitchenette w/ full size fridge had everything we needed. The cleaning fee was excessive since we had to wash all dishes & strip beds, but the stay was wonderful & the Mgmt was very responsive when I had a question. Really enjoyed our stay!

This cabin is in the community of cabins of the old “Pinewood Cabins”. Trying to book with pinewood was impossible and stressful so by luck I found “The Old Home Place” on VRBO. Booking was a breeze and I would book again with this host. It is a beautiful and well equipped cabin and is in walking distance of downtown, although it is on the lower side of the hill so you would be walking uphill for a bit to get to the main st. It has uphill concrete steps to get up to the porch, so keep that in mind. It’s a peaceful space and I totally recommend staying here.
