Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise.
Parking
Optional parking available underground in dedicated spot for $250 per month within 24 hours of reservation.
Pets/Animals
Your fur babies are allowed at a $150 charge per pet/monthly within 24 hours of reservation to cover additional cleaning charges. If we determine after checkout that any pets were present we reserve the right to deduct double the pet fee from the security deposit. If you decide to bring the pet without letting us know you fee doubles!
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere the unit or on the balconies since the wind is blowing the smoke into the unit. If you need to smoke, please go to the backyard. Smoking within the unit or on the adjacent balconies will lead to automated forfeit of your full deposit.
Rental Agreement
Minimum Rental Period is 30 days and for all reservations a separate lease agreement may be required to be signed within 1 week of the Reservation being received. If you want to review the rental contract prior to confirming, we can send it to you beforehand as well.
Identity verification is required within 24 hours of reservation.
$50 in electricity charges is included in the monthly rental rate - any additional charges above $50 will billed separately as per actual usage. Unpaid charges will be deducted from the electricity deposit. $200 per month electricity deposit is required within 24 hours of reservation.
