"5% Special Rate Discount" (In addition to Member-Only Deal) Month-to-Month or Six Months lease depending on your business or pleasure trip. This Condo comes fully furnished. Live in upbeat Downtown, San Diego and enjoy the breathtaking views in this moderate 14th floor Condo w/ a large Balcony overlooking Downtown on the West side and the magnificent Mountain views on the East side. Walk to Petco Park, Gaslamp, Little Italy & Balboa Park. Gym is on the 2nd floor, and the Rooftop deck with Spa & Barbecue Grills with different Patio sets/Sunbathing long chairs are on the 20th floor where you get to see the amazing almost 360 degree Downtown, San Diego views from up there. A designated Parking space #131 is securely located underground. Trash Chute Room is located just right around the corner of Condo or second door to your right. All amenities are included, however everything must remain in the Condo at your check out time. Anything that’s been damaged or lost for whatever reason must be your full responsibility. From the word "lovely," that's how I feel every time I walk into this Studio, you just love it and everything else that comes with it.

This High Rise Condo has a Spa and a Barbecue area where you get to enjoy your stay with your family/friends while appreciating the amazing almost 360 degree of Downtown, San Diego views from the Rooftop deck on the 20th floor. You have to come to see it for yourself. No to mention, low rate, free parking with lots of amenities. Residents/other guests are friendly. You just feel at home every time you stay there. That's how I feel every time I'm in this particular building. Last, but not the least, the building location itself as this is located in the heart of San Diego. East Village that is!
