We are less than an hour to Breckenridge Ski Resort and 20 minutes to downtown Fairplay.

Pet Policy: Only allow 2 pets at a time for a flat $150 fee when booking. Please inquire if you plan to include more than 2 pets.

Elevation Sickness: If you or one of your crew is sensitive to high elevations, this may not be the house for you. We will not offer a refund for cancellations due to elevation sickness post arrival
