Overall our time was really good. We were disappointed that the pool was cold (not heated at all) when we had asked if it would be. The house was clean, had everything we needed.

Our Florida Winter Home

This is the second year we’ve stayed here in January, and we’re already planning on 2026! This place is great if you like privacy and a place with a homey feel. The house is spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. The host is very responsive to any needs you may have. We highly recommend this property for a couple or family!

Stressful , disappointing , Frustrating

I have stayed at numerous VRBO properties for years and never have I had issues like this. Property manager not getting back to us in a timely fashion until I called VRBO and even then was not great. No water in house pool and spa not working tripping breakers. I got stung by ground bees while talking to the electrician ,and being assured it would be fixed immediately. We were there for a week and the day before we left things were better but by then the pool was green. And I took meat out of the freezer and sat on counter for a hour to find hundreds of sugar ants all over it. This was supposed to relaxing and fun and turned into a nightmare! We planned this trip for over a year and it was horrible. We were going to leave but we had our dog. We asked the property manager for 50% refund she agreed and then a hour and a half later said owner said no . Gave us back 500 as long as everything would be fixed by the end of day. That never happened. We paid alot of money to be stressed and disappointed.

Hidden Oasis

We stayed at this home in Lehigh Acres and it was great. The pool and hottub are very clean and nice to hang around anytime of the day. Having 3 bedrooms with 3 separate bathrooms is extremely nice. The house is situated at the end of a coldusac and you literally don't see another house, or hear anyone else. It has everything you would want or need to prepare meals. Our host was very quick to respond to every question we had. The only two things that could use some improvement are the beds, and the well water sulfer smell that comes and goes from the outside pump station on the side of the hosue. For the price this was worth every penny.

Great house and property

We had a great time. Very nice, clean house. Nice big pool and a very private location with no visible neighbors. Wild area out beyond the back yard. We really enjoyed our week there.

Our vacation

The house was very large with a great pool area. The house was very clean and the kitchen was updated and well stocked. The rest of the house was dated and in need of general maintenance and updating. The furniture was old and worn, needs replacement.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Except that the Florida weather wasn’t what we would have wished, the home met and exceeded our expectations! We weren’t able to use the pool because of the rainy, cloudy weather, but on the few sunny days we had, it was nice to sit by the pool and relax. We look forward to being able to stay here again!

Labor Day Week

All was good. However, AC had problems and Jacuzzi didn't heat up. AC was taking care of efficiency. Good communication.

Loved our stay!

We had a great stay. Marta was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had! We will definitely rent from her again!!! The houses are beautiful and the kids love the pool!

Huge house and pool in quiet setting

My family had a great stay. The house is very large. Pool is a great size. Each room having a bathroom was excellent. Martina was great at communication and came over to make sure the pool was running correctly. Some things are a little dated, but we loved quiet location with a ton of privacy.

Florida Get-Away

The home is spacious and very private. Spa and pool were barely heated. Furniture and mattresses could be updated. Everything else worked pretty well. Sufficient. We had a nice time.

Nice Secluded Home

This was everything I wanted private, quiet and peaceful. I love relaxing in the pool, listening to the birds while watching the clouds. I truly enjoyed my stay in this lovely home, I plan to visit again

Nice House

The house is as pictured, so we knew what we were walking into. Our host was very responsive from check in to check out. The pool was GREAT! The house did have a pet smell, but we bought febreze to take care of that! siting out back at night with the ceiling fans going was the best! You hear a lot of nature at night but can't see due to not much lighting. The back yard needs more lights. If your looking for a simple home with lots of relaxation and very quiet neighborhood. This is it! We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Martina, the property manager was polite and extremely responsive to maintenance issues

Large home, great privacy, an awesome large lanai with pool and spa. Spa jet nozzles are missing. Owner would be wise to invest what’s necessary to fix & replace items that I pointed out to Martina. Pool valve controls don’t work, pool/spa heater doesn’t work, pool light is out. In need of new flooring and blinds in bedrooms. New mattresses would be a bonus. All upgrades would increase the value of the property for the future. Great property, just needs some love. Martina always had a smile on!

Long stay - wonderful location

We stayed at the property most of the summer of 2021 while waiting for our house to be build. The location is perfect for anyone seeking a quiet retreat. Tucked into a cul-de-sac with only one other house, we never saw anyone else. The house is surrounded by beautiful trees and we loved seeing birds and wildlife. The pool was great and the outdoor area is nice for relaxing. While the house is a bit dated, we had everything we needed. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had and checked in on us periodically. We went to Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island frequently. It was never more than about a 45 minute drive and the location is close to grocery stores, fast-food and a few restaurants.

Golf trip

A nice quiet relaxing trip. The property manager was very helpful. Had a few minor issues that she took care of quickly. A very secluded lot. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Our Escape from NY Winter

We stayed in this home for 4 weeks with our 2 dogs. Martina met us on day one to go through the house and showed us where things were and how the pool/spa system worked. She was friendly and invited us to allow our dogs to have freedom in the home. This was a huge plus to us! During our stay I reached out to Martina with a couple of questions and she was very responsive and helpful. The pictures of this home are accurate so nothing took us by surprise. There were prior comments in reviews about bedding/pillows/towels so we just opted to bring our own but in my opinion, what was provided was acceptable. The home was very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The setting of the home is hard to beat as it is surrounded by trees and vegetation. The pool area is extremely private. Just keep in mind, if you wish to go to beaches, you will have to drive about an hour. We were okay with this and knew it when we booked our trip. Besides, being further from the beach also made it more affordable for us. I would recommend this home to any of my friends/family.

Life in Lehigh Acre’s

It was everything the advertising said. The only issue was we did not have any gas for the grill outside. Both days were empty. But no big deal. I will suggest that somebody checks them once in a while at least have enough in there for use. But we ate out a lot anyhow so it wasn’t a big problem.
