This bright, fully renovated one-bedroom suite sits on a quiet residential street in East Vancouver, an easy and comfortable base whether you're here for work, a getaway, or a longer stay.

Inside, an open living area with a smart TV flows into a full kitchen that has everything you need to cook properly: fridge and freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the cookware and dishes. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, and a pull-out couch in the living room adds flexibility. In-suite laundry makes longer stays simple, a private entrance keeps things easy, and central heating plus portable fans keep it comfortable year-round.

The location is a real win. You're about an 8-minute walk to Nanaimo SkyTrain on the Expo Line, so downtown is a quick ride away, and Trout Lake, Commercial Drive, and plenty of local cafes, restaurants, and shops are close by. It's a calm, tucked-away spot with the whole city within easy reach.

Michael was a great host, very friendly and responsive! We had a great stay at this place. All the listed amenities were provided - we especially appreciated having a kitchen and washer/dryer. Walking distance to Nanaimo Station made it easy to get downtown. Would recommend!

Great spot

This property is great! Perfectly clean and felt very safe. We had a lovely stay. Location is a little outside the downtown area but it was easy to find Ubers for a quick drive.

Perfect week in East Vancouver

We had a lovely week staying here in East Vancouver. The place was very will maintained and had all the household amenities one would ever need. Parking and check-in were a breeze. The location was wonderful.We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing place

This was an excellent place to stay, the house is very spacious and really really clean. Amenities provided were top notch and we truly enjoyed our experience. The only down side was that we were not able to connect our laptops to the wifi, otherwise it would have been perfect. The location is great and parking was very easy.

Quiet Comfort

We enjoyed this clean suite - perfect amount of space to make our own breakfasts. The kitchen is well appointed with supplies. Nice fresh furniture and a comfy bed. Lots of storage for clothes and even used the washer dryer. Easy parking and close to restaurants to meet friends.

This is an excellent, well appointed property in a nice, centrally located neighbourhood. There is a nice park within walking distance. Parking was always available outside the door. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything in the unit is new. I would definitely stay here again. (We also found communication with owner very easy.)

Easter weekend

The house was attractive and easy to find, located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was spacious and clean, well laid out, with appropriate flatware, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. The bed was comfortable, bedroom roomy, the bathroom well-appointed. The entire house was exceptionally clean and uncluttered. The manager was exceedingly thoughtful and helpful.

Quick Stay

The property is modern and well equipped. Unfortunately, the bed was far too hard and neither of us slept well. And we would have appreciated more opportunities to recycle. We put everything into the one blue box under the stairs. Excellent location for our needs on this trip and easy communication with management.

this was a great place for commuting to the VGH. The hosts were on top of everything from move to move out. The space is nicely, renovated and very clean. The kitchen was very handy. Parking was on street but very accessible and included in the cost. For longer Stoesz the in suite laundry was nice. There are stairs you need to go down to access the suite from outside, but it has good railing and lots of space at the bottom so it wasn't cramped or awkward. I would definitely stay again

The place was clean and a great size! There was only 2 of us but it could certainly accommodate 3-4. It was easy to get to and check in. Michael was prompt to reply to any questions. Location was good to get to downtown but also Burnaby.
